Stayed two nights, and teh continental breakfast was OK, but very limited seating there. Limited television channels, limited food options if you don't want to drive. For the money its the best place to stay in Marquette.

The staff was very friendly, and the complimentary continental breakfast was surprisingly good. However, the room could have been cleaner--the rug and chairs were stained.

Luckily we were able to check into our room early. I was travelling with a senior who needed a first floor room. The manager was able to accommodate our request and get us a first floor room. Room was clean. The hotel was a short drive to Sawyer International airport.
A youth hockey team was travelling through town the same time of our stay .There was a lot of noise from the kids. I complained to the night manager who dealt with it quickly and professionally.

I love this motel

This is a great motel. The staff is very well trained and go the extra mile with a smile. The rooms are full of character and though some have a few rough edges I'd have to say that you are reminded of a beautiful piece of antique furniture with a few timeless dings. The Landmark is very centrally located to downtown shops and parks.

The Ramada was located within walking distance of many of the shops in Marquette. Kala, who worked the front desk, was so pleasant and helpful. It is not a new or fancy hotel, but very comfortable. The restaurant had some wonderful selections on it.

The room was smaller than I expected for a room with two twin beds. The bath was almost too small to turn around in. Smelled of smoke when we got there. There was hardly anywhere to put a suitcase. Didn't have an exercise room at all and the pool was the size of a large bird bath. I like to swim a few laps but they really shoudln't advertize that they have a pool. I guess its okay for kids to splash around in. I think they increased the price becasue the ariving NMU students crowded all the hotels. For the price there must be better close by.

My family (four of us) traveled together to visit a college. To save money we got one room. The pictures were very deceiving to the room size. It was small. Also the pool area is very visible to everyone, more so than any other hotel I have ever been to. Despite the misrepresentation in photos, we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and in a good location for us. One other problem we had was the shower didn't drain the water out.

Close enough to downtown and the school. Food places are nearby. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are a little crowded but very clean.The price was a bit high considering the location. We'd go back.

This was a family get-a-way and we had never been to the area. The staff were outstanding! They were helpful and very friendly. The hotel was smoke free and very clean as well.

We were there for Graducation. The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, that comes with the rooms, because it was very crowded. Not enough space to accomodate the guests.

We reserved a room with 2 beds, which I prefer for 2 people because the room and bathroom is usually larger, so it was a spacious room and laid out well. We had a nice view, too. The breakfast was average. If you have stayed at the Hampton Inn it is the same set up. We would definately stay at this hotel again. We slept well, the bathroom was big enough with a lot of counter space and the room was clean.

The Econo Lodge is located directly across from pristine Lake Superior in Marquette. See the most beautiful sunrise overlooking the lake. You may get lucky enough to spot the bald eagle that houses itself high on the branches above our property. We offer free continental breakfast. Although the staff was friendly, the rooms were dirty with dated furniture. Room was molding smelling, drapes wouldn't close properly and there were a few bugs in the room. When the fan was on in the bathroom,we couldn't here the television even with the door closed. Couldn't recommend this motel to anyone.
