The hotel was great, it was nice and clean. The lobby was beautiful and customer service was good. The only problem we had was the hot tube, it was foamy and it looked nasty. Which was a surprise considering how great everything was.

The Residence Inn had a homey feel from the time we walked into the lobby. Our suite was large, with a complete kitchen. There was a desk and office chair; a kitchen table with 2 chairs; a sofa bed and coffee table; one or 2 upholstered chairs; and a large TV in the living area. The bedroom was well-appointed also. The sink was separate from the bath and toilet. This was an accessible room, so it may have been set up differently. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I always appreciate the coffee maker and the ironing supplies in a room!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Livonia Marriot. Hotel's location is outstanding with a direct connection to the mall. TVs were first rate with outstanding HD though I wish they had Fox Sports Detroit. Room was extremely comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

Stayed there for several days. The staff was very helpful. Refrig. was making a noise and I spoke to staff member who had the frig. replaced/fixed while I was out for the afternoon. Neat set up particularly for anyone traveling on business or any extended stay. Not elegant but everything works and my room was clean and neat.

Comfortable, clean room. Fairly quiet; my room was near an exit door so there was some "traffic" in the hallways. Only things I didn't like: No wireless internet and had some trouble setting up the wired connection; limited hours for the free coffee/tea in the lobby. These are small things though! In terms of comfort, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, and location this was a very good stay.

The location is great for a multitude of activties: business,golf/recration, shopping, theater, etc.
I paid through orbitz, the hotel charged me (double charged) for the entire stay... the hotel also put a charge for dining on my card. We did not dine at the hotel. I called several times to remedy the errors and finally disputed the extra charges through the bank to pay the correct amount.

We were in the Detroit area for a funeral, and this was as close as we could get. This motel is very nice, clean, & quiet. The breakfast available is not large, but certainly adequate for most people. And if it is insufficient, there are several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving the receptionist was overwhelmed by 3 guest at the desk at once. The room was nice. The T.V. was awesome and the whirlpool tub fit two grown adults nicely.

The office is only open for a short time , trash cans were in the open and full, no daytime maid care and the stairs to the upper floor were hidden and a little dangerous.
