We have stayed in this hotel before only in an inside room which is much more spacious and comfortable. The room was cramped and small but for one night it was ok.

Staff very efficient,I had trouble with my TV. The staff very good at diagnosing problem and solving it.
Nice room clean, comfortable and somewhat quiet, until some little feet stomping on the floor above.
But they tired soon and it was relaxing!!

Had a great time at the hotel, after a day of shopping at the outlet, check in was fast and easy, and there were fresh baked cookies for us. My children enjoyed the pool and hot tube before bed, the room was comfy, especially the plush comforter.
We got delivered pizza, and salad without any plates or silverware, and the desk clerk was so kind to open the kitchen for whatever we needed for our meal. Loved everything about our stay, but wished there was a frig and microwave in the room.

Wonderful hotel, excellent price and location. We were close to Birch Run, near our favourite antique store and just a few miles away from Frankenmuth. Definitely going to return! We have already recommended this hotel to friends who are visiting between Christmas and New Years.

My wife and I try to go up to Birch Run and Frankenmuth once a year. This was a nice, cost effective hotel to stay in. The rooms were clean, the water HOT, and the location was perfect. My only complaint was the beds and pillows were not overly comfortable, but I have to clarify that by saying that I'm picky about my beds and pillows. If you want a nice room at a reasonable price, this is a good choice.

We had a girls shopping trip to Birch Run Outlet Mall. We wanted to stay close to the shopping and this hotel was a very very short drive. We enjoyed the pool after a busy shopping day. The breakfast was excellent with a great deal of choice and lots of space to sit down and enjoy it.

The room we stayed in was excellent. Clean smelling and comfortable beds. Hot water and great breakfast. They gave us coupons for shopping at the outlet mall. Also a coupon for a free ornament at Bronners.

Conveniently located next to the Birch Run Outlet Mall, just off I-75. When we were finished shopping, we drove to Frankenmuth, which was only 10 minutes away! The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, and tons of restaurants within walking distance. Loved the free wi-fi, even if it was a little slow at times.
