The Admirals Inn is located on just under three acres of landscaped grounds surrounded by towering pines on coastal Rt.1. We are 400 yards South of the center of the village center. Ogunquit is unique to Maine's southern coast in that it exhibits both the small town charm for which New England is famous and a bustling, vibrant nightlife.
The Admirals Inn features 24 front desk service, complimentary coffee, tea, juice and muffins and the Admiral's Inn Lounge serves great Pub fare from 5:00 PM until midnight (seasonal).
Featuring two heated pools (seasonal), two hot tubs, a fire pit, picnic areas and full service lounge the Admirals Inn is unique in that it provides for three distinctly differing styles of lodging. We had a pleasant experience at the Admiral. My only criticism would be the continental breakfast which conisisted of coffee, two juices and a choice of two different coffee cakes. Generally, a continental breakfast includes cereal, waffles, English muffin, yogart and fruit.
The facility is near the beaches which ensures you get exercise by walking about a half mile which was great for my family.
The staff allowed us to leave a car in their parking lot after we checked out to avoid a downtown parking fee. I thought that was very accommodating.
I would recommend this facility to anyone.

A very pretty hotel in a town full of hotels and inns; It was very close to the Marginal Way , one of the Eastern seaboard`s most walked path. Great views and solid footpath next to the ocean.

This hotel has a great location on the ocean road, shops, bars, restaurants, all within easy walking distance.
Great central location to all of coastal N.H. and Maine, from Portsmouth, N.H., to Portland, Maine.
If you like trains there is an interesting train museum in Portland, Maine, where you can view the volunteers working on elements of the train, and go on board the 4 trains in the museum. (acutally it's not a stuffy museum, it's in an old warehouse, very cool, .... you may take a short ride on their narrow rail tracks (typical to Maine), just outside along the water.
Volunteers very helpful and friendly, .....

We loved the location of the hotel. There was tons of traffic heading towards the town center, beach, etc. But luckily, we were able to just walk from the hotel to these places.
The rooms were slightly smaller than what I expected for a resort hotel and for the price I paid. But I assume there are many different types of room there.

We were told that our room was being

person hot tub and fire place. We
slept in a king size four poster bed
covered in pillows and a fluffy down
comforter.
We have stayed at the Meadowmere many times
and we have never been dissapointed.

We had a great little room with adirondack chairs outside. The cabins were spread out so it felt very private. They even had row boats to take out on the river and we used them to cross to get to the beach. All in all, I would highly recommend The Dunes.

We had a great time in Ogunquit, ME. We spent several days at the beach, visited Freeport(LL Bean), saw a show at the Ogunquit Playhouse and enjoyed the local shops and of course the food. We had a wonderful lobster dinner at the Hayloft, breakfast at The Egg & I, Omelet Works and at the Gorges Grant Hotel. All were excellent. The trolley stopped right in front of the hotel every 20 minutes or so and for 1.50 it took us anywhere we wanted to go until 11pm. Couldn't ask for a better spot to vacation!!

The Milestone consists of six motel buildings situated on five acres of meticulously manicured grounds, located 1/4 mile from the white sands of Footbridge beach and 1 mile north from the center of Ogunquit. Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7 10 am. A seasonal outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, guest laundry and shuffleboard courts are located on premeises for the enjoyment of all of our guests. The entire property offers free wireless internet service and a guest use computer and printer ore available in the office lobby. Golf packages and privileges are available within miles of our property. An AAA 3 Diamond property , the Milestone is a smoke-free facility.

We are located .5 miles from the white sands of Footbridge Beach and 1.25 miles north of the center of Ogunquit.
Our accommodations include comfortable immaculate rooms and 2-room suites that feature refrigerators-Free WiFi-microwave-cable television-AC-heat-data ports-irons- ironing boards-hairdryers and direct dial phones. MY HUSBAND AND I CELEBRATED OUT 45TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. WE SPENT 4 NITES AT THE "MARINER" ALONG WITH MEANDERING UP AND DOWN THE COAST OF MAINE, FROM PORTSMOUTHS TO PORTLAND. WE ALSO WERE ABLE TO VISIT FRIENDS IN WELLS,ME. AND TO SPEND A DAY AT "SCARBOURGH DOWNS" RACE TRACK, AN EVENT WE HAD SHARE MANY, MANY YEARS AGO TOGETHER.
THE FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE. THE LIGHT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS SUITABLE TO START YOUR DAY. THE COFFEE WAS VERY, VERY GOOD. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND KEPT UP. WE WERE IN NEED OF NEW PILLOWS AND WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE BEING ADDED TO ALL OF THE ROOMS.
WE HOPE THAT SCOTT AND HIS FAMILY WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE A GREAT LIFE THERE IN A VERY BEAUTIFUL LOCATION.

We took our granddaughter to Ogunquit for the long weekend. Loved the large rooms and full sized refrigerator. The shower was also powerful. The microwave was handy as well. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit. Staff were cordial and helpful. The only problem we had was with the brown sugar ants that got into food items on the shelves so that we had to throw cereal, cookies, crackers, etc away and get more that we stored in the fridge. Other than that, we were really pleased.

Abalonia BandB rests in the village center of Ogunquit, It is the largest BandB in the village center. The ocean is a 5 minute walk from the front door of the Bed and Breakfast. Originally built in the 1890's as a farm house and then converted to a BandB circa 1940. Antique interior furnishing represents the local region.
