Birthday memories

I recently stayed at your hotel for the first time. We came to celebrate my twins birthday, and your staff could not have been more fantastic! The rooms were clean, and beautiful, and my kids felt free to roam and were treated well. I own a timeshare at a "resort" in Bethel, Me, and have been unhappy with it for a while. After staying at your hotel, I see what a real hotel can look like. The staff, the rooms, the fun, were in a whole different ballpark. I would like to thank you for the memories, and the amazing weekend. I look forward to many more stays with you, and can not wait till the next one!

Excellent Hotel - Fantastic stay

This was by far our best hotel stay ever. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. One night I woke up at 3am with a terrible headache. I went down to the front desk and asked where the nearest drug store was and the clerk gave me some advil right out of his own bottle. Not the type of service I've been accustomed to. Breakfasts were very good as were evening networking events. Maid service was prompt left the rooms clean. Room was big enough for a family of five with room to breathe. We were in town visiting family and taking short pleasure trips. Wish room had some points of interest or history of area in welcoming folder. As a foodie a short list of must try restaurants would have been awesome.

Free breakfast was not very good. Room had a musty odor, Other guests were noisy late at night. A fancy name "Executive Inn" does not make a good hotel!

We were surprised that the back of the hotel had not been redone, as the advertisement shows only pictures of the front. Had we been aware of this, we probably would have chosen another hotel.

Had a roll away-bed both nights.. asked for extra pillows both days, no one ever came. Tub doesn't drain, while shower is running. No trash can in the bathroom but the bathroom did have a phone.(?)The mattress was hard. Headed home with a back ache.
