Visited relatives; checked out some of the eating establishments around Salisbury and Fruitland which is within a four mile radius of the hotel. Also vitited the local beaches in Ocean City MD and around Delmar Md. These beaches were within a 30 to 45 minute drive from downtown Salisbury. Great fun for all. Dover Delaware is only a two hour drive. Looking forward to my next trip to Salisbury.

This was a pleasant stay, despite a problem with a mattress which they said they would report (so I hope they do to benefit the next guests).
I did feel that the breakfast selection was not as good as in the past - no meat was offered on either of the two mornings we were there.
However, the room was comfortable, the staff pleasant, and there was no exterior noise to disturb us.

This is an older hotel but the rooms have all been renovated. The rooms are small but at these low prices you can't be too picky. They have refridgerators and microwaves. The room was clean. If I was travelling alone, the room size wouldn't be a problem but with my wife I don't think I'd want to stay more than one or two nights. I would recommend it.

Everything for the price was great good for a large family to save money its a lilttle drive to the beaches but not to bad and the breakfast is not your typical continental breakfast its good overal good stay would definitely use them again.

Check in time was three o'clock but the front desk staff worked with us and we were able to check in alot earlier than that. we had to attend a funeral several miles away and we were able to unwind and freshen up before hand thanks to the great people at this hotel.

The check in was quick and the Staff very friendly. When anything was needed they took care of it right away. They showed us things that were available for our children that we didn't know existed there. The pool was heated and very clean. The rooms were just perfect. This was one if the best places we have stayed. We will go there again when in that area.

I soon as I entered, it smell weird, kind of some pet smell or something. It seem very old construction, very thin walls can here everything from other room. Was costly for such a old construction. location was convenient to the near by restaurants.

Room was large but was not very clean. It looked as if they forgot to clean it. The carpet was not vacuumed. We needed to call and ask for sheets for the bed and toilet paper for the bathroom. We never received the toilet paper. Room was non-smoking but everything smelled of smoke. Couldn't wait to check out.

The hotel was nice and clean but the customer service was horrible. The lady was rude she wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say and it was poor customer service. Compared to other experiences it was a bad stay.

Me and my husband and our baby came for the wknd to visit Ocean City which we enjoyed, but the hotel stay wasnt that impressionable, the staff wasn't friendly, no smiling faces when addressed. The room we had was ok, the TV was a little out dated, Its only good for just a last minute place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions as I had never been to the area. My only suggestion is that if you pay for the breakfast in advance, get the voucher at checkin and avoid later hassle.

decent motel for a night halt

Did not find anything near ocean city on the july 4th weekend so had to pick this place which is about 35mins drive.
It was the most economic option available.
A typical motel where the staff were pretty courteous. Breakfast was okay. rooms were reasonably clean.
My room had no hair dryer, not sure if its totally absent or is it just my room.
