I highly recommend this hotel. The majority of the hotel staff is excellent. It is clean and comfortable. They offer the best breakfast (free) of any hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the US.

I stayed at this hotel while I was taking the MD bar exam. Needless to say, I was VERY stressed out, but the hotel's manager reception, the helpful staff, and the AWESOME room service menu did much to relieve some of that stress.

Generally good. Plusses were the daily breakfast, and the fact that the room window opened to let in fresh air.
Negatives were plumbing in the bathroom, and leakage in the lobby which put the computer off limits one day. In the bathroom, the sink stopper didn't work and the faucet only partially. The maids should have reported that. Never repaired.
This room was only marginally worth the money.

Chase Suite Hotel offers a total of 96 suites and studios. High-speed internet access is available in all guest suites. Each guest room is complete with a full kitchen equipped with all the tools for cooking and eating. Most suites offer a fireplace in the living room area. Penthouse suites are two level and feature two bedrooms. Studios are available with two queen beds, one queen or one king size bed. The twelve buildings are set in a wooded area, providing an intimate and homelike environment. A complimentary enhanced breakfast buffet is provided daily and social hour is featured Monday through Thursday in the clubhosue. Valet service and a coin operated laundry facility are also available. Parking is complimentary.

Like a nice apartment near the woods

The thing that I liked about Chase Suite Hotel the most was the fact that it was a cool studio apartment and it didn't feel like some bland depressing hotel. The furniture, TV and lighting were nice and the environs behind it were great. They allow pets and it gave me a lot of options on where to take them for a nice evening stroll. The staff is nice and I thought everything about the place was tastefully put together. This is now my "go-to" place for when I need to stay in Hunt Valley, MD. I also like how it's not smack dab in the middle of a bunch of noise and other businesses. It's tucked away in a quiet place but literally less than 5 minutes from the Hunt Valley Town Center, which has a killer supermarket (Wegman's) and lots of other nice shops.
You really get a lot for your money here. It's 4/5 star quality at a really affordable price. I'm DEFINITELY going back! It's a place where you feel like you're at home and can relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was ok except for the smoke detector that was hanging by wires, not flush with the ceiling. Hotel itself very nice, well kept. Grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was ok, just needed better, more common choices of hot entrees. We had corned beef hash the first morning and then biscuts and gravy the second morning.

The hotel was great; clean, quiet, well staffed, decent breakfast and the courtyard off the room was a wonderful addition. We will use this location when we travel to Cockeysville in the future.

Probably one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in - excellent mattress (& enough pillows), clean, roomy. Service was great. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast buffet (how do you make bad bacon?). For the price, I really expect better, but there aren't many places nearby that serve a full breakfast.
