I needed something cheap and close to bwi for the night and this worked out fine. They were having power issues after Irene, but my room had power just fine, however the no hot water made a shower not quite as fun. Staff was friendly with what little interaction I had.

I travel to Baltimore for business about once a month and try to make my rounds to a lot of hotels to find the best one. Well, this one is near the top. Although location is not ideal for someone who wants to be downtown and around the inner-harbor, it is beside a mall with several restaurants, pubs, and fast food joints and just a few miles from the airport. The rooms are ultra modern and have a glass steam shower, full kitchen, and very comfortable bed with a comforter. It was basically like a mini Manhattan apartment...very cool. Fitness was sweet, pool was nice, they have a bar in the hotel Aloft which is connected to Element. Also, every night from 5:00 - 7:00 they have complementary vegies, snacks, sodas, and a KEG of Coors Light on tap!!! Which I must say I have never been to a hotel with a complementary keg on tap. So long story short I will be staying here again. They only have a few locations across the country now...I hope they expand quickly!

I stayed at the element and was amazed at all I got for the price. I had what I believe was called a one bedroom suite that came with two thirty two inch televisions and a bed that was to die for comfortable. The hotel is a little out of the way from down town but the hotel does provide a shuttle that will take you to the BWI light rail station and from there its pretty easy to get around by public transportation if your not driving. As far as the hotel goes it was spot less when i checked in and the hotel itself has sort of a white tea aroma in the air that's very relaxing.I'm not one one to write reviews but I had to compliment this particular hotel chain,there doing something right.

Needed a place just for one night for an early morning meeting, Room was well stocked and just as advertised. Internet connection was a little slower than I would have liked, and the indoor pool closed way to early to be of any use. also if you have HDTV's in the room, you should have HD broadcasting as well.

Was in town for the Capitol Jazz Festival. Never stayed in Maryland before and read some not too nice comments about the Hampton Inn Arundel, but to my surprise, I took a chance and the room was really nice, they offered complimentary breakfast. Of course it was Continental, better than most it had a small assortment of hot food, eggs, potatoes,sausage. Wish we had more time to check out the surrounding area. There was also a couple of chain restaurants less than a 1/2 mile away. I would definetely stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

We were on our anniversary, just wanted a quiet time away from the family. Nice location, right across from the Arundel Mills Mall, lots to do. Great breakfast each morning. In room movies, hot tub, small exercise room but all we needed. Nice indoor pool, great restaurant choices. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly. Each day the weather forcast was posted in the elevator. We were in town for a local jazz fest and they even printed out directions on how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking gor a nice place to stay.
