Good value for short stay, very convenient to work travels, with great comfort - good bed and good sleep! Complimentary computers were busy with kids, but eventually got through for my needs. Never took the free breakfast in the AM; but, the availability of good coffee at all times was a big help, too.

it was great value for the experience. Im picky and i would use this place again. read the other reviews and go by them. ask for a quite room away from train and ice machines. i had no issues with noise. walls were thin but thats the way it goes nothing perfect.

Spent the night here before flying home. Never take a room by the front door on the first floor. I'm usually a sound sleeper but woke up several times to loud people coming in or someone going into the employee room? Also loud footsteps overhead. Live and learn. Otherwise the room was fine and the staff friendly.

One of my friends lives in Somerville but doesn't really have room for guests, so I wanted a fairly cheap stay nearby. Woburn proved to be just the ticket. The staff was friendly and the room was great. I would definitely stay here again.
The only two negatives for me were
1 - the pillows are a down equivalent that turn to stones after 2 minutes laying on them.
2 - there is no continental breakfast. There is a breakfast buffet that is $10.95. If you eat enough it is worth it.

It was very easy to get to. Right off 93 and an easy drive or T-stop into Boston. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. When I asked what the best way to get into Boston was they printed off T-stop and garage parking directions and even looked up local games to make sure I wouldn't get caught in traffic! The price was very reasonable considering I was so close to the city and there was a free continental breakfast in the morning. I couldn't ask for anything better.

We stayed at this hotel to visit the city of Boston. We spent one night at the Hilton. The hotel was clean, and the service was very good. However, the location was not the best. Too far from the city of Boston and nothing to do around the hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we were pleased to go back. The rooms are much larger than those you would find in a city hotel, but the type of amenities (toiletry products, etc.)are comparable.
The rooms are decorated in earth tones which lend a relaxing feel to the accommodations. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.
We saw many kids in the hotel pool on our way in and out -- but we never heard them. I was impressed by how quiet the hotel is.
One downside: it's a bit difficult to find the hotel once you get off the highway. It's off an access road -- but there are a couple of twists and turns to get to the hotel and not much signage.

I went for Labor Day weekend for a tour of Boston and it was great. The Hotel was only about 15 minutes from the Historic area and easy to get to. I would have liked to see a breakfast bar but overall it was nice and the room was clean. My boyfriend and I were pleased.

This is your average Extended Stay America brand hotel - very basic. Our room was clean except for the stained couch and the load of dust under our bed that aggravated my allergies. The kitchen equipment is minimal, not even a large spoon, so don't plan on stirring anything in the supplied pot.
It's located right off RT 95 North and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well as a supermarket. The hotel doesn't have complimentary breakfast on weekends.
The only staff we saw all weekend was the desk clerk, who was very pleasant.

Good Night's Sleep all around...

My wife and I only spent the night but made sure to capitalize on the amenities of this hotel. The indoor pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, was beautifully heated.
For dinner, though we didn't stay in, the staff helped us find a great sushi place right in Somerville. We enjoyed ourselves on a date night, and capped it off with a great night sleep.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Rooms were clean and large. The hotel was very busy as it was a Holiday but was not noisy. Breakfast area was great and had an excellent buffet. They restocked the food readily and everyone was friendly and polite.
