Very nice stay, we arrived early and we checked in and enjoyed our family gathering not far from the hotel. Hotel was very quiet, clean and breakfast was provided,they could use a few more tables for eating.

Conveniently located a few minutes from the airport and from shopping and restaurants on Main Street.A spacious room nicely furnished with a microwave,coffee/tea making facilities and most important-an iron which is the first thing I ask for when I check into any hotel.
Breakfast was very good with a choice of four hot dishes.
The staff were cheerful,polite and helpful.
What the hotel needs is a restaurant/coffee shop where a guest who does not need to go out could have a meal.
I would stay there again.

The staff was pretty friendly, but there is no coffee in the room, no tub, microwave, or clock.The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. Granted we wanted a smoking room, but we do not burn the blankets or want them burnt. We stayed here because we needed a pet friendly room and the price was good, but there is definitely some updating to be done. We will only stay here again if it is our last resort.

Freindly staff, clean rooms, nice pool, hottub, and gym. The big attraction for us is the free use of indoor tennis courts.
This facility is close to great restaurants and beautiful waterways. We'll definitely be back again.

We needed a simple place to stay near Hyannis after our dinner on Main St. We were planning to leave early for Provincetown the next morning. So, all we needed was a spotless, no frills and quiet room and that is what we got. If you are looking to spend some more time at the motel; then we would suggest to pick another place.

Good hotel wrong town

Everything was ok as far as my room being clean however the holtel is showing its age. I also was taking a nap when the maid opened my door without knocking. This kind of hotel and being where it is located seams to get over runed durnning the season. Like I said my room was ok but for the age of the hotel was a turn off. I was suprised the AC and Heat worked. I had no real proublms while there but I would look for a better hotel for what I paid here next time.

The room and amenities were very average but the mattress was AWFUL!! It must of been 20 years old! I could feel every coil. I woke up every morning with an extremely stiff back! You definitely get what you pay for!

We were just looking for somewhere close to the beach and inexpensive because we were only staying on night! The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. The staff there are extremely helpful and friendly.
Checkout is at 11, but we needed an extra hour because my sister was ill and there was no problem with that and no extra charge.
A bit far from Hyannis, I would recommend having a car on the cape anyway though! Great location for restaurants and the beach!
Definitely would go back again!

I was satisfied to pay around 50-60% less than surrounding hotels (which did not offer wireless Internet) at this motel. I was there for business and I got what I needed: clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, reliable wireless Internet, 5 miles away from my target. Probably room was smaller for average American expectations; no problem for me. Remodeled bathroom.
It had been 2 weeks since the motel opened for high season in Cape Cod, so swimming pool nor breakfast were operational yet. Small disadvantages: no ironing capability, no shampoo bottles.

Our landscaped picnic area overlooking Mill Creek Bay with picnic tables/ grills and playground is perfect for a family vacation. Centrally located and close to ferries/ beaches/ golf/ shopping/ restaurants/ and whale watching. All rooms are non smoking.

We enjoyed a long weekend there. The place was clean and the rooms attractive. Near all attractions, especially our favorite Lobster Boat restaurant!

Fine, if basic rooms. Breakfast at the diner was nice (not included). This was a good value though, for a weekend on the Cape.

good location. free coffee 24 hrs no toiletries in room free use of internet had a coffee pot but no coffee otherwise clean and non smoking thru out
