Great location for cheap!

I had the pleasure to meet 4 different staff while I was there with my family. All 4 of the staff was amazingly nice, courteous, professional & overall helpful with whatever my family needed. The location was right off the highway to have easy access to just about anywhere you want to go whether it's retail therapy for mom, tourist attraction for the kids, activities for grandpa or family dinner. I would highly recommend to all my friends, neighbors, family and strangers looking for a hotel in the surrounding Boston area for low cost. Which was extremely important when traveling with a family of 5. The bonus when I look for hotel for my family are the amenities must have: indoor swimming pool, fitness center AND continental breakfast.

Best Western TLC provides an inexpensive, reliable and safe hotel stay.
I especially appreciated the large comfortable room, free internet access in all rooms, and the ample free breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and dependable.Not to mention very convenient: right off Rte 95, and centrally located, in the suburban Boston area.

Free parking, free wi-fi, and free breakfast. This hotel seemed more suited to a business trip. There is nothing to do in the hotel itself. We were there for a college family weekend and it took 30 mins to drive into Boston for college activities. Hotel was clean and quiet, but too quiet for our tastes. We like to be closer to the action.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and honestly speaking I ate a lot! :) The location is not bad, we spent about 15 mins to get there from Boston. The stuff was polite and friendly. I would recommend this hotel!

We were hesitant to stay at the hotel because of the price and the previous reviews but we took a risk. It couldn't of been a better deal! The hotel was right off the highway, it was a Queen size bed with a small kitchenette, and the bathroom was extremely clean. I did find it odd that we had to go to the front desk for extra supplies, but that would not make us not go there again. I liked how when we got back to the hotel around 11pm, we had to use our key to get into the hotel. Security was a nice additive even though it wasn't in a bad area. I would recommend this place to a friend and would probably stay there again, especially knowing there is a usable kitchen!

One staff member was very helpful with guiding me to the hotel over the phone, right to the front door. I was coming from Boston and was totally stressed. She was calm and helpful.
Some things I wish I had known right away were: if staying under 7 days you must get towels at the desk, you pay extra if you want housekeeping, you need to ask for dish soap. I had to have the tub unclogged, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and I wouldn't walk on the carpet without socks. There was a small strip mall close to the hotel, but it was not pointed out, and I would have utilized it a few times.

Not a bad place at all

We were greeted in the lobby of this older, yet pretty comfortable and clean hotel by fresh, hot cookies! The desk manager was wonderfully kind and attentive. He answered questions cheerfully and I told him I thought Conrad Hilton would have been very interested in his excellent customer service.
We were attending a graduation the next day. He offered to extend our check out time to accomodate our ability to change into more comfortable clothes in our room to drive home after the ceremony. The next morning, however, we wanted to buy a cup of coffee in the (very good) restaurant. We were going to have to leave 1/2 hour before the restaurant opened. The older man who was now managing the desk denied our request because it was a little shy of 7AM. It seemed he was just interested in throwing his weight around and loudly complained about this to a security guard who was at the scene. Not a hint of kindness for a very simple request.
Everything was very clean in the room and restaurant was terrific for dinner. We would return but avoid the older man when he is manning the desk.

Unbeatable location for the price

I stayed for 2 days, Friday and Saturday during a softball tournament. 10 minutes to Boston, cant beat that and the price for each night was spectacular, perfect for being a holiday weekend. The room was clean and quiet. I guess the only drawback to staying in this type of hotel is there is no free breakfast. I didn't eat the food while I was there so I cannot rate it, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitly recommend.

The room description was misleading. It said:
"Deluxe studio-queen bed deluxe studio-queen bed sleeper sofa kitchen dining and work area non smoking."
So I thought there would be 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, but it turned out to be 1 queen bed and 1 full-size sleeper sofa. So I requested for a different room, but they told me that all rooms are the same.
The kitchen was okay. Dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans are provided. Dishwasher and detergent too.
They charge $4.99 for internet access.

Room is very spacious, 2 queen size very comfortable Westin's signature beds, flat screen TV with cable channels, good service. However, I was disappointed because I thought I was getting free parking and free internet (I narrowed my search down on Orbitz specifically for these criteria). Parking was $11 per day.

Room was very spacious, flat screen TV with cable channels, very comfortable Westin's standard queen size beds. However, I was disappointed because there was no free parking and free internet (even though I specifically opted for those options when I searched on Orbitz). Parking was $11 per day.

I stayed for a Saturday night, had a large suite with a full kitchen (which I didn't need). I found the bed extremely comfortable, would have been happy to stay there longer. The complimentary breakfast was OK, and if you are there on Monday-Thursday they apparently offer evening snacks that look like a light dinner.

Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful. Comfortable. Great furnishings (bed very comfortable, big overstuffed chair, nice desk, big plasma tv), Clean. Terrific restaurant in-hotel. Many nice dining options within a couple blocks. Only issue was parking. Ended up using valet and waited 15 minutes.

If you want an honest opinion about staying here, read this review, you will not regret it. Our stay was the night before Patriot's Day (April 18, 2011)for the annual birthday/Redsox game (my birthday). Staying with my cousin and my brother. We made plans ahead of time to assure that the TV lineup would feature the local broadcast of the Celtics as they were set to play game 2 against the Knicks in a playoff game.We were all set with food and spirits to stay in and soak up some Celts and a festive environment. I got to the suite about a 1/2 hour before everybody else and much to my shock the channel that I was told would have the Celts game was playing a Mary Poppins movie(despite being told the game would definitely be available! To make a long story short...the owner was contacted by the front desk clerk and he had us in a different suite within 10 minutes!!! Talk about saving the evening and totally satisfying the hotel guests! Blew me away! Would highly recommend this location...beautiful, modern suite and even better hotel management and employees. DON'T be fooled by the unassuming location (you'll drive by it if you don't watch yourself)...the place is truly wonderful and we had a great time at this special place.
