We only stopped in Provincetown for 1 night just to do some general sightseeing. The Beaconlight Guest House was w/in a very short walking distance of all the shops, bars, and restaurants in Provincetown so the location can't be beat. Our room, which included a private bathroom, was a bit small and a bit outdated (small TV w/ a VCR, no internet connection), but overall was comfortable. The proprietors and staff answered all our questions and demonstrated a committment to customer service.

The hotel was super cute and in a great location. Our room was on the small-size, but very nice and clean. We enjoyed multiple deck spaces as well as the homemade croissants in the morning!

Hotel was up on a hill away from town, but close enough to walk. Pool was nice. Beds comfortable. Only complaint was the toilet was slow to flush. Otherwise, it was just fine. We we would stay there again.

The Surfside Hotel and Suites is a newly renovated property located in Provincetown, Cape Cod, MA. We have waterfront rooms with sliding doors opening onto balconies on our private beach overlooking Cape Cod Bay, waterfront rooms are the only handicap accessible rooms. Our standard rooms are located across from the bay and overlook our pool and courtyard, standard rooms are not handicap accessible. All waterfront rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards. Standard rooms have refrigerators, irons and ironing boards. All rooms come with a complimentary continental breakfast, you can make your own belgian waffles, we have bagels, toast, cereal, boiled eggs, juice and coffee. On property is our new Lighthouse Lounge, free parking, outdoor heated pool and private beach.

The beds are more comfortable, the moldy smell is gone, the amenities in the room are upgraded. They've done a nice job of making this place less tacky. Fun to be so close to the water, even with all the dogs and in modulated voices!!!

**Check-in available from 3:00pm-7:00pm ONLY** The Victoria House is a comfortable and affordable guest house situated in the center of Provincetown on a major side street, steps from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street and seconds from the harbor and its restaurants, shops, bars and ocean beach shuttles.
Victoria House is named for its whimsical turn of the century exterior decorations. The 10 room house was remodeled in the winter of 2009. Rooms with private baths have private entrances, ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet access and refrigerators. Property is 100% smoke free.
In season, we serve a complimentary continental breakfast in the garden, while you leisurely enjoy the scent of the ocean air and the spectacle of people passing by.

The Victoria B & B was a clean and comfortable stay. The manager was very accomodating and friendly. My room was very, very small but they do have some great rooms and you can't beat the location.

While the hotel is just average, the location is excellent. I was able to walk to everything on Commercial Street, and I could stop by my room at anytime to drop-off items, change clothes or rest before heading out again.

This is in the center of things in Provincetown. However, things ended the weekend before I stayed here. In spite of that it was a relaxing time. Great staff, wonderful poolside. Too bad the bar was never open. Breakfast was simple but filling and good: muffins, yogurt, coffee, etc. I would stay here again in high season.

I was very happy with the location and amenities of the Boatslip. Pool was nice and so were the pool staff regarding chairs and towels. Parking is excellent, which is a big plus in Provincetown. Room with balcony (overlooking the pool area)was wonderful & ever changing and is a must if staying here. As for the hotel itself, a bit run down considing the cost. Closet looked like an afterthought and constructed of leftover wood. Toilet seat looked like the orginal and lighting for shaving was completely inadequate. Sorry guys.... Would I stay there again?? Yea, most likely.

Pros:nice ocean view from the water view room, swimming pool (outdoor), balcony or a patio in many rooms (maybe in all rooms)
Cons: rundown - everything is very old; unpainted walls in the corridor, bathroom door that doesn't lock, plastic bathtub refinishing (moves under your feet); very thing walls - can hear every word that is being said in another room or in the corridor; very weak/unusable wireless signal in some rooms; really overpriced for what it has to offer
Other: 20 min walk to the center - a nice walk; basic breakfast is included

It was x-mas time, so the town and the hotel were dead. Service was totally satisfactory. Place was right on the water and the dunes at the extreme end of the town. I probably wouldn't go back during the summer because P-Town is more of a rental place.

It was our first experience to Provincetown. If you're looking for motel-ish options as a price saving factor, this place was surprisingly good, for being only a few minutes from the walkable sections of Provincetown. My overall rating is based on the niche of location and hotel type.

Set back from Commercial Street in the heart of historic Provincetown. The Pilgrim House Inn is a historic two story building with twenty spacious rooms and a large second story balcony. All rooms have queen size beds flat screen tvs a/c wifi. Pets are welcome for 50 dollars per night.

Smack dab in the heart of P-Town! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Check in/out was a bit confusing as there is no real front desk or main entry. Air conditioning was basically non-existent with a barely functioning old wall unit. Good value overall for Provincetown.

Description
This 19th century Victorian Colonial house was built by Rueben Brown, a prosperous coal and lumber merchant from Provincetown. The house was built for his bride to be, Albina Brooks, in 1888. The free standing circular front staircase was built by a cabinet maker in Salem, MA. It was to be his wedding gift for Albina from her father who was a noted sea captain from Salem. It was brought by one of his ships to Provincetown, where it was painstakingly constructed. The staircase is featured in Cape Light, a book by Joel Meyerowitz, a renowned photographer whose photographs are exibited in galleries and museums world wide. The Victorian house has the elegance and grandeur of the late eighteen hundreds. All rooms contain queen size beds and gracious furniture, all with sitting areas.

Immensely popular for thirty years, Gabriels at The Ashbrooke Inn continues to live up to its sterling reputation.
