I was worried because I'm a 4-5 star traveler, however was required to stay at this hotel for business. [...]labeled it 2 stars and I've never stayed at a 2 star hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Continental breakfast was good. I'm not sure where the 2 stars come from other than the severe lack of food outlets, shops around. Nothing at the hotel other than breakfast and it's a drive for any kind of food.I'd be back.

New Bedford stay

The linen was changed once over the course of a week. The carpet was not vacuumed. Trash was not emptied twice. they still use old standard TV's with no remote. The desk service was very good. It was good to get a peaceful rest each night.

This hotel is dismal. It was supposed to have internet access, but could not get it to work. I was asked if I had reservation, when in fact, I had the reservation for the whole week. One hotel staff does not seem to know what the other staff is doing, terribly inconveniencing the customer. It had a lot of rooms available, but only give me an alternate room (where internet access was available) after pleading with them. Unless the hotel significantly improved its service, I would not want to stay at this hotel.
