The hotel is easy to find, being right on the main road from Northampton to Amherst. It's right beside lots of shops. The high ceilings helped the room feel spacious, and the mattress/bed was very comfortable. Hot tea and coffee are available 24/7, and free newspapers are around in the lobby also.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, great bathroom, lovely bed linens, abundant towels. I was there for activities at Hampshire College, the location was perfect. Staff was lovely,and helpful, breakfast was good, I enjoyed using the fitness room. A very pleasant stay!!

This hotel was superb for the price. I debated going for a cheaper hotel closer to our destination (UMASS), but I'm so glad I spent the extra $20 and drove the extra 10 minutes. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms are beautiful, and everything was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better experience, or better value for the price.

My stay at the Econolodge was great. The staff was friendly and professional and the general cleanliness and comfort of the room was above average. The only shortcomimng to my mind was the fact that they do not have an exercise room. Although, they do have a pool that one could utilize for training.

Overall very good. I had to ask for a cable to connect to the ethernet and then ask again for the password. Suggest staff be trained to offer both of these things to everyone. Also, hotel said there was a problem with my credit card that was an error on the part of Orbitz and they said it happens all the time. Also it was a bit noisy -- kids running upstairs but that ended at about 9 pm. Only mildly inconvenient however.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The cost was high for me ($179++). I don't know what the regular rate is but I intend to look it up to ascertain how much of a discount I got with Orbitz.

My family and I stayed at the Hadley Comfort Inn to go on the rail trail bike paths and celebrate Father's day. The major complaint that My family and I had was that they had us in a smoking room and we are not smokers. I don't remember it saying that when I paid for the room. The room really reeked bad of smoke and it gave me a headache. I would recommend this hotel but not to stay in a smokers room.

Good value at budget hotel. TV is ancient, but has the normal cable channels.
In one inaccurate review I read, the reviewer described the motel's area as "sketchy." This is false. The motel is located in a rural area, on a state highway, with a farm behind it. There is a building not too far away that looks like it's falling apart, but that's Green Acres for you. There are also mountain views across the road, and that's nice.
