Here for business. The staff was great, but the internet set service was spotty and pretty slow. I had to call tech support a lot, they fixed the problem but I felt I should have any in the first place.

Basic hotel room. Only used it to sleep while visiting relatives for the holidays. Nothing fancy here, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Good price, but at a cost!

This wasn't a bad value, but when we arrived at around 10:30 p.m., the worker tried to put us in a smoking room, and claimed that this was an upgrade, since it had a king-sized bed. We had specifically reserved a non-smoking double. When we said that we would prefer a double in a no-smoking room, he said that he didn't have any, and that he would have to charge us extra if he moved us into a non-smoking room with two doubles. I asked, 'Do you actually think anyone else is going to check in tonight?' And he said that it was possible. I then said, 'This is absurd!' and we walked out to sleep in our stinky king-sized bed. At the last minute, he called us back and let us stay in a non-smoking room with two double beds, but not before lecturing us on making hotel reservations, despite the fact that we had reserved a non-smoking double.

Framingham's 'Castle' Sheraton

Exterior resembles a large castle. Parking was tight due to a section reserved for on-site rental cars. We wish a wider variety of eating establishments were within walking distance of the hotel. The room was nicely decorated, and beds were comfortable.

Was close to a shopping mall, and had several restaurants for meals.
They didn't have any elevators so we were travelling with a baby so that was inconvenient.
Room was kinda clean, the TV didn't work too well though. Internet also kept on disconnecting.
Staff at the front desk was friendly, but out of all the three nights we stayed we didn't really get much of a housekeeping done for the second day.
Overall for the price it was an okay stay.

Hotel was close to the highway but the room was still quiet. It was a convenient location just west of Boston and a really great price. The room had a king sized bed, refrigerator, microwave and large work area which would have been great if I was there on business. The room looked newly remodeled with modern colors and furniture, newish appliances and a really comfortable mattress. It was really clean too! Would have liked a hairdryer though.

WENT TO FRAMINGHAM FOR A WEDDING. THIS MOTEL WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO THE WEDDING AND LOCATED NEAR ANYTHING YOU COULD WANT OR NEED BUT IT WAS LIKE STEPPING BACK INTO 1960. AND I AM PRETTY SURE THAT IS THE LAST TIME THEY DID ANY REQUIRED MAINTENANCE ON THE ROOMS.
