Good location, good price

The hotel was an older hotel but clean. Our room had a slight odor as if someone before us had been cooking something strong. Our a/c didn't work perfect, it was 90 degrees out and we were always hot. We were told as long as it was working there wasn't too much they could do. The complete kitchen was wonderful. It was also nice that we were able to open the windows and get some fresh air. The laundry facilities were great as was the cupboard to purchase item needed. It staff was friendly. The location was close to many things but not within walking distance.

My ex wife and I moved our daughter to Boston, only problem was getting to hotel. Staff gave me directions over phone a couple of times.

Long weekend...nice getaway.

Convenient location with easy access to I93. Cape Cod, Downtown Boston and much more within a short driving distance. Jam-packed weekend for the fall foliage. The breakfast time was a bit chaotic and not a lot of room for everyone to be seated or enough food available. But that is to be expected. Clean hotel and friendly staff.

Great value, but slightly lacks in cleanliness

Stayed for two nights with my wife. The hotel is located practically "on the subway station" so it's very convenient (no noise from trains). The room is very nice - its size is pretty large and it has a LCD TV. There is no breakfast included but there is complimentary coffee which is great as a take-away for the subway ride to Boston.
However, while most of the room (including the bathroom) was very clean - the floor hasn't been swiped. We stayed there for two nights and from the beginning of our stay we saw that the floor is not clean (and in fact has not been swiped during the second day of visit).
Overall, if you want to visit Boston and don't want to spend more than $100 per night - this is a good place. Only 25 mins by subway to the center of Boston.

Friendly service, average rooms .... stayed here before and this was my second visit. A good place if you just need a place to sleep etc... not much in the area, but around the corner is the train station. very convenient ... this is my staple motel when I visit Boston
