What travelers to Downtown are saying

We were in town for July 4th. We took the freedom tour which I highly recommend. Aquarium and tea party ship and museum were also good. Easy walk to all the sites and very safe. Tons of little bars and restaurants to eat. Also highly recommend whale watching and going out on one of the tall ships. Great trip. We will definitely be returning for more fun!

Boston is small, easy to navigate on foot or on excellent public transit. Its tourism value is quite high, its food scene is not the best on the East Coast, but it's certainly OK for a large metropolitan area. Go there in the summer!

The area I was in is under renovation and construction. I didn't have much time for tours, etc.
