I didn't expect a flat screen TV or great amenities. Did expect a clean room. There was a very dirty wash cloth that had been left hanging on the shower curtain rail. There was a dirty tissue that was on the floor and coverd by the bead spread. Once I pulled the bed spread back, it stood out like a sore thumb. Left a $5 tip and there were no surprises the second night. Left my white socks on while walking around the room at night. They were very dirty when I took them off which made me realize that the carpet was obviously full of dirt. Hallways smelled like smoke. On the positive side the towels and shower head were very nice and so was the staff. Most important thing is a clean room however and I would not stay there again.

Every thing was good. Friendly staff, they even made up the room on Easter Sunday.
The only negitive was that there was not much to their breakfast bar.

The location is somewhat hard to access. The car GPS could not adequately locate it and the service road entrance is somewhat obscured and appears to be the driveway to a service station. The hotel is an economy lodging and is near to needed locations which is good.

Our family stayed at this hotel while touring colleges for our son. The location was very convenient and the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was very nice, with many items to choose from. I would stay here again.

The motel served it's purpose of a clean place to sleep. For the price, it was shabby and I would not choose this motel when returning to Ruston, LA 71270
We had a fire drill in the night, which caused me not to be able to rest well. That's another reason I feel I paid too much for such a place. It was hard to park because the motel was crammed into such a small space. Not very attractive!

Have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions when visiting town and would recommend highly. Nice, clean rooms...friendly staff...close to campus and dining.

I was here in Ruston on business. The room was fine for the amount I paid. The only issue I had was that the toilet didnt work. The lady at the desk went ahead and gave me an additional spare room next door to my room so I could use toilet there. So it all worked out.
