we wanted the cheapest we could find for new year's eve. not complaining for the price, but could have def been cleaner. bathroom not good. you can smell smoke in the corridor leading to rooms in the first floor.

Very clean rooms. Polite,friendly staff. Fantastic continental breakfast. We are really picky when travelling with our small child, and this hotel was perfect for us. We all enjoyed the pool and our overall stay! Will return next time, for sure!

We often stay at Holiday Inn Express because we like to know what we're getting and we are rarely disappointed with this chain. Our room was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the pool was great. We'll definitely return to this hotel.

nice room. Very good breakfast and a snack in late afternoon also. Only thing was they said we couldn't bring our little dog. (the maids turned us in) . However they let him stay since we had reserved through a third party. We had stayed in other Hamptons with the dog with no problem.

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Clean common areas and well-lit. Easy check in and check out. The only thing that they could improve is the number of tables/sitting space for breakfast. On a busy weekend, there is not enough room. Wonderful as always.

We went to see the Christmas lights and winter graduation.The fireworks were great and thegraduation was wonderfull. The room was fresh and clean.the service and help from staff was great. The continental breakfast was more than expected. And again the staff was very helpfull.

I was very impressed with the room and the staff. My husband and I made the trip to Natchitoches to enjoy the Christmas lights and fireworks show. We had a wonderful time in Natchitoches and we are glad we chose the Best Western for our overnight stay.

The trip waa very enjoyable and the accomodations were adequate. Bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The breakfast was minimal but satisfying. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. We were next to their laundary which ran all night and was a bit too loud. The restaurant was not open but two nights a week so that could have been better. All in all we were reasonably satisfied with our stay.
