Good sized room, friendly staff, very nice pool and courtyard. Towels were poor, half the lights didnt have light bulbs. Can't beat the price if your visiting that part of NO

I stayed at this hotel during the essences festival july 1-3. Hotel is only 10 min away from convention center and bourbon street. I took the city bus there during the day and cab at night which were both reasonable prices. The hotel was great for the price i paid. It was clean, swimming pools, and a resturant located right inside that serves great food. I will stay here again next year.

Even though we were visiting the attractions in New Orleans, other reviews helped me choose this property. Was not disappointed. Rooms were great, pool area was exceptionally nice.....and having Copeland's in the parking lot didn' hurt either!

We brought our children down to New Orleans to visit the Zoo, Aquarium, Insectarium, and IMAX Theater. I was concerned about hotels because I am generally nervous about staying in foreign places. The hotel staff wasn't as friendly as I would have liked when I called on the second day for fresh towels. The lady just said that housekeeping would be making their rounds soon and they would come by and hung up. Other than that, the location was great. There were restaurants and shopping, not to mention only about a 5 minute drive to the aquarium! The kids loved the "indoor/outdoor" pool. It was inside the hotel but open to the outside. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was great!

overall good except for staff. They did not let me early check in and made me wait for 4 hours. They initially lied to me that there were no rooms, later they then gave me a smoking room instead of non-smoking. I told them I cannot stay in smoking room (it was smelling bad). They then gave me a different room (non-smoking). Not sure how that room popped up.

The tagline of the hotel is "Always clean & friendly." Neither are true. The tile and carpet were so dirty that my feet turned black within minutes of walking around barefooted. I stayed 1 week, and my room was never cleaned, and the towels were never exchanged. I wasn't told this would be the policy when I checked in. After 2 days of no new towels, I complained to the office, who told me that it was their policy to only clean the rooms once a week. Regardless, my room wasn't even cleaned that one time during my stay.

The hotel was easy to find. They first impression when walking in the door is wow....the room was awesome! The bed slept amazing..The staff were every curtious and lots of smiling faces...the only problem I had was the elevator was very slow made lots of weird noises and there wasn't an elevator inspection certification in the elevator...I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again next year we loved it!!!

Used as an extended stay place while working in the Harvey area. It was much better to stay here than fight the New Orleans traffic every day.
