Location was close to both Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland Track - location, location, location. The room was lovely and comfortable. The drawback was the hotel restaurant. The food was astonishingly expensive for very poor quality food. Stay here and eat elsewhere

Short stay, but a good one

Unfortunately, I had missed my connecting flight and arrived at midnight on my check in day, and was back on the road again at 6am the following morning, so I didn't get to check out the rest of the hotel too much. However, the staff was welcoming and made check in and out a breeze, and the bed was so comfortable, it was the perfect thing to take away the stress of the trip!

i requeted to NOT have my room cleaned both in the evening and before leaving the motel the next morning both housekeeping and front desk afirmed it was on a do not disturb list as they were out of signs the clerks wrote it down and house keeping verified next day recieving it but all hotel said was we will check in to it we are sorry.two days later i still have not heard from them this is second time in two yrs with staff .last time i had things stolen thats why i do not want anyone in my room they ignored my request

The hotel is well run and clean. It is conveniently located, not too far from the Horse Park and easily accessible to/from the highway.
It was nice to have the golf clubs stored at the proshop just like a country club.
The only negative is that there is a charge for internet access - not acceptable in this day and age.

We needed a clean, inexpensive motel on our trip from Iowa to South Carolina. We were so impressed with this Microtel Inn, we stayed at another in Jackson, Tennessee later in the week (it was not as good).

This Microtel had the same room layout and comfortable bed as others I have stayed in but wasn't as squeaky clean as others and the neighborhood was kind of seedy. It was an excellent value, but I wouldn't stay there again. Internet wireless reception was weak and slow and even the TV turned on sluggishly.

Good Basic Hotel for Needed Sleep

We had a week off and were going to take a couple of days to drive from Chicago to the east coast. This was about as far as we could get after work Friday. We just needed a place to crash and hit the road the next day. Room was clean, bathroom was weirdly large for a basic hotel, bed was clean and flat, although I'd say it was pretty hard. We got in late and slept through breakfast, but it looked like they did a decent spread (biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, etc) and I was still able to snag some coffee for the road. No issues with check-in or check out. Hotel is literally right off the highway, you take the off-ramp around, turn right, and there you are. Parking is easy, no room is too far from the lots. I would have no problem staying here again.

Outlets would not hold a plug and had to get adapter for it to work. The toilet was sitting way too low and at night I started seeing bugs which I will say were water bugs cause I don't want to go there. The curtains were torn and when I called the front desk they didn't know anything about anything and would not allow me to change rooms. It was cheaper than other places but paying a little more for a better space, especially with a one year old, is worth it.

If you want a hotel that is a good price and is in a good location this is the hotel for you. The hotel room was clean and the beds comfortable. The walls were thin but the sound of the AC/heat covered most of the outside sounds.
If you are choosing this place because it is an extended stay then you should stay someplace else. The only difference between this room and a normal hotel room about the same price was that it had a full refrigerator as oppose to a half refrigerator. There were cupboards but nothing in them and no place but the bathroom sink to wash anything (no dish soap provided). The cupboards and counter space took up the spot where the suitcase usually would go (they did have drawers to place your clothes in if you wanted to). I ended putting my suitcase on the other bed since I didn't want to unpack and repack it. I think that calling this place "Extended Stay" is a very big stretch.

This hotel was in a good location for us- we attended a conference hosted at the Kentucky Horse Park, but didn't want to pay the pricier options that were closer. Very average, bathroom was outdated, but it had a fridge, that was nice. Sound proofing was an issue- they people across the hall had a little yappy dog that was loud all night. Bed were comfy, staff was nice. I would be slightly concerned about the safety though, there is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. We went there for a couple of drinks since it was so close, but it was pretty seedy. Our friends car was parked outside and was broken into- the GPS stolen.

We go to Keenland race track and the hotel is close to that. We like that we can walk from our car right into the room. We stay on first level. All employees are very nice and helpful.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. It's easy to access off I75 and within a few miles of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean, nicely decorated and there were no strange odors anywhere in the hotel. The roomdarkening curtains were great. The desk staff was helpful and gave us a late checkout when we asked. Our only regrets were that we didn't get to check out the pool, and that we had to leave. We will be back.

This hotel was not anything special. The room was clean and the front desk and staff were nice. The interior seemed dated and their were parts that were beat up and not in the best of shape. The back elevator by entrance 5 would not let me out at one point. It closed the door and would not move or reopen the door, it finally moved after waiting about 10 minutes. Wish breakfast was added into the room instead of paying separate and going to a restraunt.

location of the premise compares to the charging price is unjustified to us. Room felt cluttered due to unnecessary furnitures (table and chairs in the middle of the rooms which already have not enough space as it is)

My daughters got impetigo after sleeping in this hotel. I am quite positive that they got it from bed sheets. In addition, the dining area is extremely small. It has only about 6 seats. I wasn't lucky enough to get one of those seats and had to eat my breakfast staying on my foot.
