They didn't need to re-invent the wheel here. The hotel was a short cab ride to the airport for an early flight. Cheap with good service and a good Mexican restaurant nearby.

We have stayed at multiple Hyatt Place locations and have been pleased with everyone. The hotel was located near many choices of restaurants and places to shop. About a 20 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati, but for the price, it was well worth it!

I have to say this is one of the best...there was some guest across the hall that left there door open and was getting loud late at night, but the staff handled it nicely and professionally. The breakfast was great, the room was comfortable, pool was relaxing.

The Ramada Florence presents a pretty picture from I75/I71. However, when we poulled into the parking lot our first clue that all was not well when we saw a nightstand just lying by the front door. The hotel was in the midst of apparently much neededd renovations. We couldn't find our room after checking in because the room number was penciled in. upon entering and opening the shade, we saw a vision of loveliness as the pool had not been worked on in some time as it was a lovely shade of green. A coffee maker was in the room but no coffee or cups.
The AC unit worked fine and one desk clerk did her best to insure our comfort. Please reconsider listing this hotel on you web site unless someone does further research after renovation.

The location was the only real drawback, as it was a a good walk to any restaurants or bars. The staff was helpful, and breakfast was excellent compared to any other complimentary breakfasts.

The room was spacious and very nice. Having a double size bed at home we were thrilled with the king size bed in our room. My wife's was having her birthday that day and the staff sent up a birthday card - very thoughtful and appreciated. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

I booked on line with my visa, and yet when I got there, they asked if I wanted to leave the room on the mastercard that I had used. I questioned, because I don't have a mastercard, was told it was something that the hotel did, etc., then when I checked out the receipt showed 51.88 using a mastercard, not my address, not even my charge for the room. I questioned and the guy had no idea. still not sure what the heck is going on. Waiting to do a credit check

We booked this hotel based on the pictures of the room. We got there and the clerk was very unfriendly, even when we checked out. Once we got to the room, our keys did not work, and once we got into the room, it looked like the picture, but MUCH smaller. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the room was tiny. The guests were loud coming and going.The price was great but I will definitely NOT stay again, nor would i recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!! I'll pay the extra 20 something bucks to stay down the street.

location was great -- problems with 'amenities' == no TV control (not able to rectify) with off/on and volume; breakfast was lacking; pool/spa required 2 people to be present

our first room had broken AC, no hair dryer and no towel rack.... next room was nicer but the refrigerator and phone didn't work, but those problems were quickly resolved by a friendly and accommodating staff. We were in town for a funeral so really only needed a place to shower and shave, if you're looking for practical this place is ok, if you want a little luxury.... look elsewhere.
