well i was there for 5 days. half the hotel had refrigerators and microwaves and half didnt. well i got one that didnt. and you would think someone staying a week there would be given a room with this stuff over the ones that just stayed a night there.

Peaceful and Plesant Accomodations

The personnel was very friendly and accomodating to our family's stay and providing extra rooms close to each other for the emergency stay due to an event to celebrate the life and departure of our loved one. The stay was very peaceful but accessible to other restaruants and amenities in walking or driving distance. The hotel appeared to be spotless with it's rooms and breakfast dinning area. My family was very satisfied with the reservation and location for our stay.

The hotel is located very convenient to the interstate near many good resturants. The room is quiet, large and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! The only issue was that the hallways do smell of smoke, but the room did not.

My wife and I traveled to see my son graduate Basic from Ft. Knox. One of my big concerns was to have my CCW stored while I visited the base. The hotel staff secured my "piece" for me for a few hours.
Very clean! Quiet. FULL BREAKFAST 6-10a.m. Very nice!!!

It was fine, they served a free continental breakfast, and they had a nice warm indoor pool, but there was NO JACUZZI =( The room was spacious, we had 1 King + a couch + mini fridge, microwave, but not nearly enough plugs to charge our electronics! I had to unplug all the lamps to charge my cell, laptop, ect. Also, there was no DVD player nor a way to order movies, which sucked. Overall, agh, okay.

We only spent one nite passing thru to home, but the hotel was very clean and neat, staff was wonderful! I left my purse at breakfast and they took care of it for me. Room was clean, really liked the microwave and refrig in the room. Great room for the price. Would definately consider Baymont Inn & Suites again!

Some of the staff was very nice, but we did have one case where we needed a spoon and asked if they could provide us with one and they simply just said they didnt have one which isnt true...how would you eat breakfast in the morning. Which the breakfast was a little dissappointing. Over all not bad considering the other options in the area.

The front desk manager was the only person we interacted with. He was extremely pleasant. The room itself wasn't dirty, but it's pretty old and feels gross. The beds totally suck. They are super springy and hard.

As long as you understand that you will not be living in a palace if you pay $70 per room (tax included), you will be fine! My room had everything that I would expect it to have, and the hotel staff is unbelievably friendly... The only disappointment was breakfast: they didn't offer any baked goods OR bread; it's only 2 types of cold cereal, coffee and juice (okay, one type of hot cereal, too, if you get up early enough...)

[...] So I end up in a smoking room and they have no non-smoking rooms available. The only non-smoking is an upgrade, and of course, the night manager came in a midnight, and he was the only one that could approve the change. The hotel is old and needs to be razed. There wasn't even a vacant outlet to plug in my cell charger. There was a nice lamp next to the small table, but it had no bulb, which didn't matter because there wasn't a vacant outlet anyway. Smelly room, dirty carpets. My days in a Comfort Inn are over!! And I paid $100 for this room; had it been a $50 room, I would have expected this, but not for a $100.

Desk staff person was extremely helpful. We arrived at 3:30 AM, and she allowed us to check out an hour later, providing us with much needed sleep. Facility was comfortable, parking amply sufficient, and room clean and well-kept. Would stay there again.

The Fairfield Inn - Elizabetown KY was a wonderful getaway. We had a King Suite with spacious bath, modern styling in the living room suite and a wonderfully comfortable bed. There was a stereo system with MP3 capabilities as well as 2 TV's. Although the work desk was a little cramped due to the size and shape of the living room, it was adequate for working online. Great breakfast area for the in-house breakfast with a good variety of restaurants right outside the door - well within walking distance. Well worth the money and will definitely stay there again.

Not a bad place

Overall the room was very clean. My only complaint was that the bed was like sleeping on a rock.

they did not have the roll away bed that it said they would.
