Clean, modern hotel. Outside pool, free breakfast every morning. Great staff! The young man that checked me in took me on a little tour to show me where the pool, the exercise room,the breakfast area and the convenience store were. We had a problem with the door key and maintenace was there very quickly to fix it.

After a long drive I had to wait in line to check in by less than helpful staff, then wait for another 15 minutes on a room key to be replaced. Other than that, the room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast was average.

We were in town for the weekend. We are a family of 6 and found the Family suite perfect for our needs. It has 3 queen size beds so everyone had a good nights rest. The pool was a hit with the kids and breakfast was more than we ever expected. Most hotels that offer a free breakfast offer some fruit dry cereal and a bagel. Ramada not only had those items but eggs sausage french toast yogart and more. The Zoo was just a few miles away so we took advantage of that. I will definately be back when I am in Topeka. As a flight attendant I stay in a lot of hotels, this is one that I would recommend to everyone.

The hotel was clean and adequate for my use. Unfortunately the pool was not yet open for use. If this is important you are advised to check for yourself. Breakfast items are provided bu very little variety was offered. The hotel has many restaurant choices in the immediate area that might serve you better. Because of the ammenities offered I would rate this average at best.

The rooms were decent and clean. The breakfast served biscuts and gravy but there was no waffle maker. One outside door lock was broke and you didn't have to use your key to get in.

Room clean, but odor from air conditioner. Had the TV, mini-refrigerator on the desktop and microwave oven on floor. Coffee pot hadn't been cleaned, so i didn't use it. Staff was great!! Breakfast plentiful and tasty.

I was there for my nephews wrestling tournement and the hotel was full of people but your really couldn't tell that.

Overall, this hotel was ok, and I'd probably stay there again for the price. The employees were pleasant and check-in and -out were easy. I had a non-smoking room, and when I first arrived there was a strong "pleasant" smell, maybe from a room deodorizer or air freshener spray. However, after a few hours, that wore off and it smelled like smoke. The smell was not constant, so it may have been coming through the vents or something. The bed was ok, but the pillows were on the thin side. I would have liked a little more selection at breakfast. It had things like cereal, bagels, yogurt, and waffles. I don't remember seeing any fruit or muffins though, which would have been nice.

Awsome hotel, great location and even good staff. smoking on the third floor not so great but air conditioning good. Pool good, internet access in the lobby but breakfast was ok
