We came in for ND football game. Basically needed a place to crash. It was perfect. Close to restaurants, mall, 5 min. to campus. Staff very nice. Will def. come back!

The location, room cleanliness, etc. were all very good. Would recommend, however, they provide different towels and wash clothes. The fibers kept coming off as you used them... wet or dry. Not conducive to wearing contacts!

Became lost getting to the hotel and the hotel clerk guided us there. She was calm and very caring when we arrived. We were appreciative of her. Room was by the elevator and was noisy at times. The room was very clean and pleasant. Would use this hotel again. The breakfast offerings were very good.

The hotel was very nice. The room itself was just about unbeatable; lots of space, huge TV, lots of workspace, nice common area and breakfast setup. The location is in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping.

If you have a short overnight planned and just need a convenient clean place to lay your head, this may be it. It is a no-frills, no real lobby, strip mall hotel close to the colleges and the main roads.
The decor is dated, the front desk area had no a/c and the breakfast was just the basics but the room was clean, the parking was safe and the bed was comfortable.
We'd stay there again. Nothing special was ok for us this trip.

Room was neat and clean, and the common areas were adequately maintained. The staff was courteous and friendly. In general, given the short duration of our stay this was outstanding value for the money.

We flew in for a funeral. We are part of your comfort in and suites frequent stay program but they could not find us in the computer and so we were not able to get credit for staying 5 nights with you. Then they would not give us a receipt for our stay because we booked thourgh [...] so I have not receipt to even prove that I stayed at your hotel.

I was thankful for the courtesy at the front desk and clean room I found at this ESA location. We found it a great bargin and a great location in relation to our planned get away. Pleaty of restaurant and shopping near this motel.

This is a fine ESA. Only issue is getting there from I-90. It's tricky because of I-90's limited access/exits as a toll road. This hotel is up to 7 miles driving from I-90 based on where you get off.

The hotel room was enormous! We really appreciated the space and hospitality of the staff. It is in need of some updating like carpeting and the sofa looked a bit worn but for the price, it worked wonderfully for us. The breakfast was a great combination of continental and hot as well.

We had read the reviews and knew what to expect...we were going to the ND game and this was the last room available in the area.
The non-smoking room smelled like smoke so I opened the windows for a while to air it out. We took our own toiletries, towels, hair dryer, and a roll of toilet paper. The room was basically nasty. I never took off my flip flops, even in the shower.
On game day I left my Kindle next to the bed on the nightstand....should have left it in the trunk of my car. The staff told me that it might show up in 'lost and found". I have alerted the Mishawaka Police about this- it's not the money, but the principle of the housekeeping staff or someone having access to your room to take what they want.

Expecting the worst, I was pleasantly surprised. But if I had a choice, I would have stayed elsewhere. Other places sold out for ND football game. No shampoo in the room and uncomfortable bed.
