The staff here was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were here for the Indy 500 and the hotel was very accommodating. They offered theme oriented meals, prepared lunches to take to the track, and ice, water and sunscreen for those who needed it.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

Very comfortable room with all the amenities. The only negatives were that the ice machine on our floor didn't work and the double doors leading from the lobby through the atrium to the elevator need to be automatic. Its very hard to handle luggage etc and manage doors.

A pleasant, clean, location. Breakfast bar is not elaborate but has a few hot items. Indoor pool and fitness room available. In-room fridge. Staff is helpful. This was my third or fourth stay with no problems. Not a lot of frills, but no disadvantages, and the rates have been reasonable.

clean and convenient - although for marathoners who need to get downtown early - their breakfast was not available and they were not even getting the cold items out at the posted time of 7am - disappointing given that we had expected to be able to grab a bagel and some fruit on the way out.

We stayed here while in PR for a week touring San Juan and surrounding areas. It was a good location. We rented a car and the traffic in San Juan wasn't as bad as we've read about and I'm glad we did it that way to give us the freedom to go wherever we wanted. The pool area was nice but it and the bar there closed early evening. The dining was overpriced and not anything to write home about, with the exception of some decently priced sushi in the casino. The casino was nice but I'm not into gambling so I didn't use it. I liked our room with the exception of the fitted sheet being too small. I woke up every night and found it unattached to the mattress.

We met up with a friend from college and her kids. We had a great time. My 11 year old describes it as tremendous! We swam, had pizza, worked out in the fitness room and watched dvds! Couldn't have been better! We didn't even have to leave the hotel. The 2 bedroom suit was perfect for all 6 of us!

This hotel is in a great location if you need to be on the north side of Indy. When i booked i must have made a mistake and chosen a smoking room. Rooms were hard to come by as it was a huge weekend in Indy. When i called the hotel directly to tell them of my problem they told me to call back in the morning to see if any non smoking rooms had opened up. I called on Saturday morning and the same person answered the phone. I reminded him of my problem and he had already taken care of it when he got to work in the morning. I appreciate that kind of attention to detail.
The actual rooms seem like they could use some updating. They could use a freshen up with perhaps some new decor and furniture. The room was clean and served our needs well. We received a call 20 minutes after we checked in to make sure everything was acceptable. Again, nice attention to customer satisfaction.
All in all a nice stay with staff that seems to understand how to take care of customers.
I thought it was expensive for an Indianapolis hotel but again..i booked at last minute and it was a particularly busy weekend so i was happy to get the room.

Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Elevators were very fast. Took a while to get a cab to Broad Ripple. Cost about $15 to get there.

Great location for the money

Nice property tucked just accross from Keystone at the Crossing with comfortable rooms with Kitchen, desk, living room and bedroom. Great location, walking distance to nice mall, a dozen + restaurants, wine store and cigar bar and more. Courteous staff, good with recomendations, arranging for taxi's. Front lobby has snacks for purchase, breakfast in the morning, and a small pool just outside. This is not a full service hotel but with so much close by, great value for the money.

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The room and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to attend a class on Saturday so my family was left to their own devices. Unfortunately for them we did not do any research on activities in or around the area so they didn't do much until I was done with my class. We went out to dinner and went swimming which the kids enjoyed very much. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and a complimentary breakfast. Otherwise the experience was good overall.

Clean but noisy

We only needed a hotel to stay the night for a concert in Indy. The front desk personnel was very helpful and the room was clean (and non-smoking, which we requested), but the refrigerator in the room was incredibly noisy and we heard everything the other guests were doing, so we didn't get much sleep.

Unbeatable for the price

Overall, I would recommend this motel. It was a great price for the accommodations. This was a business trip for me. I got in late, and basically just slept at the hotel, leaving early the next morning. But it would be a perfect motel for longer stays, since it is equipped with a kitchenette.
The down side is that the motel is a bit dated . . . it's not bad, but you can tell that it was from another era. The things that really were bothersome were that my sheets were not clean, it appeared that they had simply remade the bed after the previous guest had left and I specifically requested a no-smoking room and you could tell that the room had been smoked in at earlier times. In fact, there was an ashtray on the counter.
Otherwise, it was a good motel, and for the value, I would more than likely stay there again.
