The hotel staff was friendly. the rooms were cleaned, although the A/C-Heater was not working as efficient, On Heat, as it should have. The complimentary breakfast, was a nice touch. Overall, I would stay there again.

Stayed at the Ramada Inn durring the first weekend of the Chicago Poker Classic. Close to Horseshoe Hammond, several food options close by, not a bad option if you are going to the Horseshoe...

We only stayed one night on way to Chicago. Prince is good. Easy to find, Check in good. Room nice. Bathroom floor sticky. Quiet. Easy parking. At check out service was poor.

Over all, it was a positive experience. The carpet seemed like it hadn't been vaccuumed, but other than that, things seemed clean. It was a pleasant looking room.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting an ill family member. Nothing special, except for the staff, who were eager to please, and the breakfast, which was a buffet prepared with care. In that respect, it was just the comfort we needed.

Our hardest problem was finding the place even with our GPS! The road looked like it was going no where! But once there--the room was great, clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff were friendly!
We did order a pizza from one of the local joints that delivers and this MUST be noted. I don't recall the name of the place but they have their menu in the resource book in the room. DO NOT ORDER from this place! It took 1 1/2 hours for the worst pizza to arrive.
