For the rate the hotel was very nice. The desk clerks were friendly and the morning desk clerk let me borrow her lighter because mine blew up. She even tried to find me one. My only complaint is that the bed and the pillows were hard.

Easy check in. Easy access to the highway. Stayed overnight during Thanksgiving weekend while visiting family. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. Rooms are clean. No complaints.

Quiet and good location for the price.

Overall a very positive stay. The room did have a few querks, such as the hot and cold being reversed on the sink controls. And it was a bit annoying to have to go to the desk every day to get the card reset. Two days in a row we came back to the room with our arms full of the day's activities and our cards wouldn't work to open the room's door. But otherwise it was what we expected for the price.

Overall, the hotel stay was very nice. Could tell that it was an older hotel and could use some updating in overall presentation. However, the rooms were well kept and beds were very comfortable and was worth the rate. We all had a very nice/restful stay on our family road trip. Unfortunately, we were not there long enough to access the pool and other extra amenities.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a clean well kept place for the money we paid. We didn't eat the contenental breakfast so can't comment on that. Small room, but met our needs nicely.

I highly recommend this Hotel for a N.D. game.It's only about a 20 min.easy ride.Plenty of good restaurants and stores nearby.Rooms were clean and comfortable.Free breakfast was good.

Very comfortable except the room I was given was located next to the gym and pool. It was a little noisy at night, as well. There were plenty of rooms available at the time. I would suggest requesting a room that is quiet even at night. I think my room was below a work station where they had the radio or tv blasting well into the night. I was so tired that I did not complain at the time. The staff was very helpful with everything, and I think special requests would be no problem for you at this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff at checkin. Room was clean, and size was good. No hair dryer so glad that I always carry mine. Only thing I really missed was not having a coffee pot in my room, but there was coffee available in the reception area. No continnental breakfast, but for the low rate you can afford to eat breakfast out.

This was a stop over point after a long day of driving. The hotel is right off the highway the area has tons of chain restaurants close by and a grocery store. Hotel room was clean, fairly comfortable and had a nice little kitchenette.

I should have know when I pulled up and the Comfort Inn sign was coming off the building. The staff person that checked me in did not act like he cared whether I was there or not. I was placed up and clear down the hall away from elevators and stairs, and they were not busy. Vending for sodas was out of most choices.

We were told at time of booking that the pool was going to be open at the time of our trip but when getting there we were then informed that it had been closed and drained the first of September. This was the reason we choose this local so that after a long day of shopping at Shipshawana we could relax in the pool that evening. Not only was the pool not open but the town was a ghost town after 7pm which inturn left me and my friend sitting in the room the rest of the evening with absolutely nothing to do. We were not pleased.
The staff was very nice and rooms were respectfuly clean but could have had some klenex in the dispenser, some shampoo and conditioner, an extra roll of toilet paper and much better water pressure as it was only a trickle no matter what setting you turned the dial to.

The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax and entertain our grandson. Amenities in the room were exactly as described. Beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel for a football weekend early [...] and got a great price. The hotel was perfect - affordable, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast too.
Description
Our newly built all-suite hotel is a 100 percent non-smoking property. Our amenities include FREE high-speed Internet access, free continental breakfast and indoor heated pool. We are conveniently located off toll road 80 /90 at exit 92, right in the heart of Amish Country and the RV capital of the world. Historic Notre Dame University is a short 20-minute drive. We have new air mattresses instead of Rollaways.

This was a very comfortable stay. The amenities were outstanding and front desk personnel were very helpful. The hotel is not in the center of things but they provided a listing of restaurants with directions to the most popular: a good idea.

The hotel is within reasonable distance from Notre Dame. The hotel is new. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The desk people were very nice and attentive. I would recommend this hotel. We plan on using it again for future Notre Dame events and would be happy to use it for family and friends at the upcoming graduation.

We prefer Super8s for there friendly staff and good rooms. The only time we saw the staff this time was to check in and out,after you called them on the phone at the front desk.The Tv channels was only a hand full mostly sports channels. Two bath towels and washclothes. The superstar breakfast wound barely pass as a pastery and bad coffee. There wasn't any pen and paper in the room or a channel guide for the tv. Very disapointing stay. The only way I would stay there again is if they were the only ones who had room but we would probably sleep in our car.
