We often stay at Springhill Suites when we travel. The rooms are always spotless and spacious. Their beds are probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in while traveling. The Carmel location is very convenient to shopping, etc. The staff at this location was exceptional! The buffet (included) is always great and very generous. This buffet ended earlier than other locations. Only drawback was the jacuzzi was closed for some reason and the pool seemed a bit smaller than other locations. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot to land in Indianapolis

I just did an overnight in Indianapolis and found this to be a great place to stay. The decor is modern and upbeat, yet soothing. It differentiates itself by style. The workout room was well equipped and pleasant for it's size---which is comparable to hotels in this category. I arrived late---around 8:30pm---and easily found a place to eat with the cheerful help of front desk staff. I will be staying here again when I'm in Indianapolis overnight.

A Very Good Hotel

A very nice new-looking hotel with contemporary interior design (bold shades of yellow, orange, and red in lobby and rooms). Bathroom is new, reasonably spaced, and spotless. Shower was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we're picky about mattresses. We had no trouble getting to sleep. Great hotel.

Stayed 5 nights with our dog, was the perfect place for us - only negative was queen instead of king bed. Quiet, convenient, clean and easy to find with good parking and a very comfortable environment. Good value.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary hot breakfast was complete and good. The room was slightly dated with the extra blankets being holey and small chips in the enamel of the bathtub.
Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Pretty good experience. My room and some of the hotel areas are in desperate need of maintenance(loose toilet, cracks on bathroom floor tiles, cracks on bathroom wall, tops of tables in breakfast area very loose, flitration in ceiling(second floor, outside elevator).
