Checked in around 5:30 receptionist was very busy but kept cool and handled everyone very professionally. She made sure to have me on a floor away from several travel baseball teams. Overall I can say I will stay there again. Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable. Only thing was wrong was no DVD player in room, brought a movie to watch with my daughter. Breakfast was very nice, great variety to choose from.

Friendly and efficient welcome. Room was very clean and comfortable with comfy pillows! Breakfast was adequate for an included buffet. Wake up call did not come through on the second day. Make sure to set an alarm.

We had a great experience with the hotel and staff. The hotel was very clean and the staff was top notch. All of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. It was an exceptionally freindly staff. Great stay!

I would not stay in this hotel ever again. The room was not very clean. The shower was dirty. The front desk staff was extremely rude!!! It was a horrible nightmare! Cold breakfast...

When we first got there they said they had no rooms.They finally got us the room it was not what we was promised,the room was filthy,and the pool was absolutely discusting.I will never go back there or refer anyone to go there. We left and went to a different hotel and they would not refund our money. It was horrible.

This hotel is in a good area (not far from Indianapolis and close to Ball State University when hotels are booked there) with plenty to eat and do. Our room was nice with a king bed and extra chair and ottoman along with the desk and cabinet with the TV in it. The TV was nothing special but was no big deal. Micro Frig and Microwave together along with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and coffee. It was a non smoking room and you could tell which was refreshing. Everyone there was very pleasant and so were the other guests. A small indoor pool which was nice. Basic breakfast bar with cereal, juice, apples, oatmeal, waffle maker, and lots of coffee. For $67 it was a good night.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was all cold items or make your own waffle. No meat. No boiled eggs. It was a clean place to sleep over the holidays!

The Quality Inn and Suites is an Anderson hotel near Hoosier Park. It is centrally located at the junction of Interstate 69/Route 9, just three miles from Hoosier Park. Anderson Speedway, Anderson University, Mounds State Park and Mounds Mall are nearby. Popular Indianapolis attractions like the Indianapolis Zoo, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Conseco Fieldhouse sports arena are about 40 miles away. Great value. The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I was in Indy for business and Anderson was a short trip, right along the interstate. Finding the hotel is not the easiest as it is located behind a steak house, of the main drag and the signage wasn't real clear

In recent years, this hotel has become family-owned, and they work hard, so I am sympathetic to them. Yet, there are many signs that they cut every corner possible to save costs. For example, at the entrance nearest my room, the outside door lock has been broken, and it has never been repaired. The nice light fixture at the entry, which needs 9 bulbs, only has 2 that work, and several were simply missing. Soap and shampoo packs are so small and cheap as to be unusable. The second-story hall is unairconditioned. At places, wallpaper is showing age and curling. Yes, they have wireless wifi, but it is only one wireless entry point located in the lobby. They have a "free breakfast," which consists of cold cereal only. My impression is that this has been a 3-star hotel in the past from which a hard-working family is trying to make as much cash as possible based upon the least expenditures. I travel to Anderson on business every now and then, and I will stay at this hotel only if I don't have a better choice, as was the case on this trip.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Best Inn. I had stayed there in the past but it had been a long enough time that I had forgotten how I felt about it. The hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous. The desk clerk was difficult to understand with his accent. The rooms need updated - they are stuck in 70s and 80s in terms of decorating. Breakfast too short of a time period (6-9 a.m.) - extending it even an hour would make a huge difference. The outside door locks (to the hotel) were broken which provided a risk of unwanted guests - they did have very noticeable cameras in the hallways. Furniture dated and the chair in our room was dirty/stained.

My sister and I picked this hotel just for a night for a meeting place to enjoy some sister time. When we arrived, the gal behind the counter wasn't very friendly, but we stayed optimistic. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean with plenty of room. We discovered that a casino was down the road and plenty of restaurants to offer. We enjoyed a great night and had a great meal and drinks. My only complaint would be, I wish the breakfast that offered was until 10am instead of 9am. That was too early for us.

Our stay was rather nice,rooms were well kept and clean.It was New Years and lots of children up and down the hallways.The hotel breakfasts was OK,not great. All and all Good place to stay for a night.

The first night we were cooking. It did not adjust between hot and cold on the wall heater. It was all on or all off. Carpet was very dirty. Television will not allow you to use a DVD player, vcr or other video devices. TV is 19" or smaller and sound stays very low.
