Spent one night as I had a 16 hour layover at Ohare before overseas travel. Shuttle was east to find. Room was large & comfortable. Pool & weight room looked great, although didn't have time to use them. Best thing was the 24 hour mini market in the lobby - very convenient after arriving 8pm! Didn't have to go out in the cold for supper.

We stayed at this hotel because we needed to stay overnight to catch our international flight in the morning. The shuttle to and from the hotel was easy enough, the staff was helpful at recommendations for Chicago-style pizza, the room was very clean and had a soft, comfortable bed and a huge LCD to relax. The breakfast was more than expected with hot items on the line. The only downfall is that there is no hot tub to accompany the pool. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for much more.

rooms were clean and spacious. Good service from the employees. Disappointed that in room internet was not free but did provide free internet on concierge level.

Was hoping to be a bit closer to the airport...(15 minute drive)the evening shuttle driver was prompt, kind and friendly which made up for the distance when I arrived. Next time will try to stay closer though...had to be at the airport at 430am the next am and waited 20 minutes past time for the am driver was supposed to pick me up
Under major reconstruction so perhaps it will be much more appealing when done.

I would say my overall stay at BEST WESTERN at O'Hare would be average. i understand places need face lifts but there was very little cover up. also the elevator really needs attention.

Modern, clean, and stylish rooms. Fantastic selection of basic amenities:24/7 access to reasonably priced pre prepared food, large flat panels in rooms with HD stations and universal video hook-ups, free internet, iron and ironing board in each room, dependable shuttle to O'hare and CTA station.
A weird lobby was the only downside as it seemed they were trying a little bit too hard to be cool and you'd have to take a cab to go anywhere as there is absolutely nothing at night within walking distance.

I just visited last weekend and really enjoyed my stay. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. Any advice we needed was always on hand. The room was pleasant and room service prompt. They lose a star for hotel bar closing at eleven but that is beyond their control as it is a licenseing issue.

We arrived several hours ahead of the normal check in time, but the staff arranged for us to check in early, and enabled us to start enjoying our weekend in Chicago. We were very surprised as to how quiet the rooms are, being so very close to O'Hare Airport.
And the great staff at the front desk were very helpful with nearby dining options, when asked.
We toured Chicago and attended a Family Member's Wedding.
Great restful weekend on the Heavenly Bed.

Great experience for a last minute planned trip! Customer Service was great as well! Also to make the hotel better I wish there was free internet and free parking. But you can park your car for free across the street and use the internet in the lobby. The fees are as follows: parking 12.00 per day and internet is 9.95 per day breakfast buffet is 20.00
The bed was superb so comfortable and the hotel staff was excellent!!!

Nice hotel. Undergoing remodeling. The room was nice, but showed signs of wear and tear. There was mold on the caulking in the tub and the bathroom ceiling was gross. I shared that with the front desk and they gave me points on a reward card.

Hotel was excellent. Rooms appeared to be newly remodeled. Even though it was close to the airport there weren't any loud airplanes through out the night. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The only knock was the $23 parking overnight. Besides the insane price for parking everything was great.

The shuttle service is a plus and so close to the airport.
The restaurant staff were so accommodating. The rooms are luxurious and the gym and pool were great. One comment is that the rooms did not have free internet.

This is a great hotel if you are staying in the Rosemont area or visiting a conference in the area. It is not a good hotel for location if you wish to do much in the city or any other area outside Rosemont for that matter. Public transport is reasonably close though it is limited especially for timeliness to destinations. Should you have a vehicle the traffic in the area is a nightmare even by Chicago standards. The hotel itself is quite pleasant, well appointed rooms, clean, and contemporary. Internet is reasonable at a little over $10 for 24 hours. The were plenty of downsides like the poor service from staff to the view of the parking structure from your 10th level room. Stay here if you have money to burn for access to limited options of course at which are expensive to reach because of the distance. Oh and do try the 11 dollar a bottle water in your room. If you have the money to stay here, don't. Stay in the city instead.

Fast, efficent staff. Food is mediocre but at the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms top notch. Clean, comfortable, everything worked.

Nice room, decent bathroom but the standing shower was a little small. Service was fine although there was a short line to check in, a little annoying considering I arrived after 11pm.

This is a good option near the airport. Free shuttle bus and breakfast and I lucked out for Wednesday's free BBQ dinner. The staff were VERY friendly and outgoing which turned this short stay into a positive experience. Not much to do nearby but perfect for that early morning flight out of ORD.

My wife and I travleed to visit our son and do a little bicycling. The staff was aware of the area, gave us very good advice on trails and how to get there and gave us a lttle extra time to clean up.

Very nice rooms for the money. $25 charge to park your own vehicle in a garage across the street seemed excessive to me. Complimentary breakfast was good. 3 block walk from nearest train station to go into downtown Chicago.

Great Chicago Experience

We visited Chicago for the weekend, and wanted a well-rounded experience for our 16 year old. We drove to Chicago and chose the O'Hare location, so that we could easily take the "L" downtown, which worked perfectly! The hotel is just a couple blocks from the transit, and the Blue Line brings you right into the heart of downtown Chicago. Loved the breakfast each morning.
