I was at the Super 8 for a swim meet in DeKalb. This place was at least $20 cheaper than DeKalb lodging and just as nice (I stayed in DeKalb last year for the same meet). My only gripe was the young girl with an attitude at the front desk. Otherwise, no complaints.

The atmosphere is quiet and cosy. The front desk staff was excellent and pleasant. I did however, expect a little more for the money. The rooms and hotel are in much need of upgrading in order to keep the business competitive and to attract more guests.

Clean, quiet room with a good, comfortable bed. We were tired ... and got a good night's sleep. That's the best we can say for it ... but isn't a good night's rest what a motel is all about? (Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Store-bought pastries, tasteless foods, etc., but at least the coffee was hot.)
