If you are looking for a place to sleep with clean rooms than this is the hotel for you. If you plan on swimming or even want a friendly desk clerk, don't stay here. The pool had no water in it and looked like they had no plans of ever using it. The desk clerk does her job but don't ask for a smile or even for her to get off the phone to give you her full attention.

People at the front desk very helpful with regards to the area and the pool was great to keep our 6 year old occupied while we searched the internet. Great Wi-Fi.
Only disappointment - no coffee in the rooms.

We were on a house hunting trip to the area. There is not a fitness center on site, but free use of the local YMCA was great. The hot tub was hot and fabulous on the cold nights. The service was great, and there was always plenty of breakfast and a very clean dining room. Kudoos to the food staff.

Room was fine, the rest not so much

This hotel was a strange mixed experience.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
The lobby, hallways, and other public areas of the hotel smelled like stale cigarettes and dirt, and just seemed a little gross.
I would probably be willing to try a Comfort Inn again on another trip, but next time I'm in Quincy, I'll probably try somewhere else.

The majority of the hotel smelled way too smokey. I've booked at many Hiltons and Hampton Inns...will not be going back here. On a bright note, the staff was very nice.

This hotel was just alright. When you walk in, the lobby was cold! Like they didn't have much heat on which was not very welcoming coming in from 40 degree weather outside. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming :) The room was nice and spacious-had everything we needed. And the big glass sliding doors walking out to the lobby from our room was nice (1st floor). The pool left a little to be desired. It was supposed to be heated but it deifinitely was not and the hot tub was little more than a warm bathtub. And breakfast was disappointing. There was not a lot of selection. But it was a nice hotel with friendly people for a decent rate.

We booked this quick / last minute overnight stay in conjunction with a short employment training my boyfriend needed to attend. The hotel price was mid-line, and the preview photos were nice, but actually staying there was a let down. The pool and hot tub were pretty, but the pool was icy and the luke-warm hot tub smelled like mildew. I can't speak about the sauna as it was "out of order".
In the room, we could find no hotel F.A.Q./welcome infomation for the hotel and while the staff was nice (trying to answer our questions), he seemed unknowledgeable about things like the pool hours, breakfast time, and/or nearby resources (food, shopping, etc.) Wireless internet was available, but connectivity was spotty and page loading times were slow at best.
If all you want/need is a spacious room at a decent price, this might be a place for you...but, if you want a little fun and out-of-the room activity, you might be better off going somewhere else.

Stayed there one night when visiting my brother in the hospital. The hotel is centrally located, and a wonderful find. Very clean, and the staff is outstanding. The only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the pilllows were small. Otherwise, an A+ place to stay.

The room was very large and confortable. The internet was a problem it kept turning off. They were taking action and are going to buy new routers. The breakfast was good.

The room was very comfortable. The staff pleasant. The hotel was close to the river and to the hospital. I liked having a hair dryer provided. It has a nice clean pool.
