Upon arrival there was a funny smell in the lobby but that cleared up by morning. The breakfast didn't have a very good selection and the lady working the breakfast was not very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and the lady working the desk at check in was very friendly and helpful with directions for the town.

This hotel's rating should be at least 3 stars. Excellent room, very comfortable KING size bed, very clean and excellent interior design. All we needed was an ice machine in the middle of the building, the only ice machine was all the way on the opposite side of the building 1st flr next to the check-in lobby, but it is a good walk for some fresh air as long as temp is not below freezing. Something you won't get with indoor hallways!

Although I didn't realize I was reserving a non-suite room the front staff were very helpful and upgraded my room for just a small additional fee per night. Breakfast every morning was good and they did a nice job making sure there were new options everyday, along with the regular waffles and cereal. The fitness room was very nice, clean and machines in good working order. Didn't have a chance to swim but the pool room was kept clean with plenty of towels. The rooms do show a little bit of age but are generally well maintained. The only outlet near the nightstands was behind the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Connecting to guest wireless could be confusing since there were multiple legitimate Country Inn wireless networks to choose from with varying signal strengths. The heating and cooling was easily controlled with a wall thermostat and came from an overhead duct instead of the units by the window that constantly blow on you. Overall I would stay here again because of the value, service and my overall positive experience.

This was my third trip to the Chicago area and the second time I stayed at this Sleep Inn. It is quiet, clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful in every way. There was some minor renovations taking place but not a single interruption or inconvienence. I have found 'My Place' to stay when visiting the area.

Great service at check in and throughout the stay. Maps for downtown activites provided for our group for a family reunion on short notice. Clean rooms with privacy doors to the sleeping room were a great addition. Breakfast included hot and cold choices as well as plenty of seating. Highly reccommended; great value for our first trip to Naperville.

I was checked into an occupied room that had individuals performing private acts. I was then checked into the "new" rooms (just a flat screen tv added instead of a box tv). I was walked in on while in the shower by maintenance who overrode my lock on the door. The door privacy lock does not work, you can open the door with it locked.
Was awoken at 4:30 a.m. by loud noses and someone trying to come into my room. I had placed a chair in front of the door for security and it was moved when I woke up.
Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom has toothpaste all over the door. The shower head on the shower was cheap and barely gave out water.

If you ignore the dirty sheets, blood (I think) on the comfortable, having to change the sheets ourselves, the TV remote that didn't work, and the moldy smell, I guess the place was OK (sarcasm font). Do not go here if you expect a clean room.
On the other hand, the front desk staff was very helpful and responsive to the room issues.
