I specifically look for certain things in a room, checked the web site and believed that they would be provided- they were not. The room looked nothing like the one pictured on the web site. I called my booking agency who called the motel and nothing was resolved.

Overall nice place.
The room was small, but clean and neat. I wouldn't want to have to spend a lot of time in the rooms, but for just sleeping and showering, they were more than suitable.
First hotel that I have been to where the matresses were not rock hard.
People at the front desk were friendly.
Will be staying here on our next Chicago trip.

Hotel didn't have the type of room saved as I had reserved. Clerk never said a thing, just gave me something available. Somewhat noisy, thin walls. Computer in lobby broke.

I just needed a place to sleep for the night, so this worked well. Room was clean, but water took a while to heat up and tasted a little rusty. Free breakfast included, nothing fancy, mini cupcakes, donuts, juice cereal etc. No hot food, but I thought it was decent.

We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip. Parked our car safely at the hotel while we were gone for three weeks out of country. The shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up in good time. We stayed one night at the end of our trip and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

first when we got there ,the front desk guy wrote a wrong room number ,and we was trying to open the door and it didnt open and the guy inside the room opened and almost got in a fight with us ,
second we told the lady we need a wake up call at 3.30 am and she wrote it down ,but no body call us .so we almost missed the shuttle bus
third ,the shuttle bus driver tried to get money from us in order to drop us off at the terminal ,when he did to everybody but when it came to us he wanted money ,just because we had a piece of luggage in the back of the van

The small things was the entry door (from outside of facility to inside the hotel) had problems with letting customers enter and the employee at the front desk told me this fact. So, this should have been corrected. The Next is a HUGE problem for me, the heat is controlled by the office or manager but not in Individual room and we were cold all night... the Hallways of the hotel were warmer than the rooms.

The hotel was really close to the airport and it was impressive for being a Super 8. It was really clean and the staff was helpful. I would stay again if I was going to the airport.

This is one of nicer Super 8 Hotels that we have stayed in. The location of the hotel is generally in a sort of industrial park, so don't expect much to do in the neighborhood of the hotel. We definitely liked having the microwave and fridge in the room. There was also a safe in the room where we locked up our laptops when we were gone for an extended period of time.
When checking in, the two ladies working the front desk weren't necessarily rude, but short with me. As an example, she started making our card keys and I said that I will need 4 keys. She didn't respond, so after an appropriate amount of time had passed, I repeated my request. She responded by saying that she heard me. However, we didn't have to deal with those ladies again after the first night and the rest of the staff was very pleasant to deal with.
Also, they only left 3 towels in the room each night and we had 4 adults plus a young child in the room so we had to ask for more towels each day. Twice we asked for towels and they didn't have anymore clean, so we learned to ask for towels the previous night rather than in the morning to make sure we had what we needed.

I have used this hotel on many business trips for clients in the Chicago and Arlington Heights area. The location is excellent and the services the hotel provides are excellant.
I believe that free internet access in the rooms would be beneficial. There currently is free access in the lobby, but there is a moderate charge for in room.
