Shuttle is a cab

The free shuttle is a cab that the hotel pays for once you get there. When you call for the shuttle they give you a cab company number, the person who answered when i called did not tell me that the hotel would pay for the cab. Almost jumped in a different cab, glad I didn't.
There was an unmentionable item on the floor underneath the bedskirt. Glad my kid didn't find it.

The hotel was very accommodating in all areas of service. The room was neat and clean and quiet. The staff was polite and helpful. The room rate was very reasonable. We were there for two days and it worked well for us. The shuttle picked us up at O’Hare. Also the car rental desk in the lobby and the person working there were super. It was one of the main reasons we chose Raddison. There is a breakfast buffet just off the entrance that was very good. Restaurants are close by.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service great. The only thing that could be an improvement would be to have a microwave and a fridge.

This was Extended Care America, which should say it all. Nothing luxurious, but you feel much more at home. Rooms are large, there is an arm chair to read in, shuttle service, and of course a kitchen area. No spa at this one and any eating or shopping outside the room requires about a four block walk. Good place to just rest your head until your flight or of course for and extended stay.

When I drove into the parking lot and saw a guy sitting on the tail gate of his truck grilling brats while it's snowing; I wasn't wasn't sure if I should keep going or chalk it up to an anomaly. In side the lobby was clean and the clerk was friendly even though it was shift change. The halls were quiet and room was clean. The king size bed should have pillows bigger than a postage stamp and more firm than pudding. The convertable soft and lazy boy were dated but functional and clean.

The hotel was undergoing a little renovation, but it was minor. The staff was nice and the look of the hotel is fine. Good value for the money. Fitness area and pool area are kept up nice. Did not use the restaurant, but it looked clean. Easy access to the Rivers Casino, if you are inclined. Easy access to O'hare, without getting on toll roads. If you are staying in the North burbs, this is a good location.
