This is no more than a 3 star place, but value wise very good if you are looking for a non-fuss, non-fancy place. It looks a bit grim from the street, but the room looked like it was recently renovated, very clean, nice beds, roomy - no problems at all and better than I expected. Parking and internet were included - last time I stayed at one of the big star-big name hotels on Michigan they charged for internet which is one of my pet peeves, so bonus points for that. Would def stay here again.

excellent location and free parking! Parking in chicago is extremely expensive so having free parking in this hotel was a real advantage. We walked everywhere or took the bus or train. The hotel needs some work but the room was clean and good enough to sleep and shower.

The hotel is very lovely and I loved how chic it was. It is a block away from the famous Magnificent Mile. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. On our last day, the hotel even provided us a free ride to the subway station, which connections to the train that takes us to the airport since our flight was late in the evening and we checked out at 2pm. My friend and I loved our experience here.

Three friends of mine and I were meeting up in Chicago to celebrate New Years. We chose this hotel because the price was very affordable and the location seemed ideal. When we arrived our expectations were exceeded!
We were immediately greeted by a very friendly concierge who got right to work on checking us in even though we arrived a few hours before check-in time. She was thorough, professional and very quick! We were given several maps and brochures that were very helpful in navigating our way around our first time in Chicago.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of clubs, bars, and restaurants nearby. We loved staying here!

Peninsulas never disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, efficient check-in/out and large, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows.
Only criticism is the room service. At the Four Seasons, you can order ANYTHING at ANY time and they'll make it happen.

We lived in Chicago for 15 years, so I'd like to say I know the city pretty well. This is the best hotel in the city. Luxurious hotel, great location in middle of Michigan Avenue, prompt staff, and best of all--an INCREDIBLE spa and fitness center. You cannot miss this part. Enjoy the fitness center/spa first so as not to miss out. It's fantastic!

We used this hotel for a girls' get-away weekend and had a great time. The room was nicely sized and very clean. It was only a block off of Michigan Ave! The free internet was a bonus as well.

Great hotel, staff and location. Only way it could have been better is if the weather was warmer. That's what you get when you travel to Chicago in January.

We visit Chicago on a regular basis. This was our first experience at Trump International. We felt so spoiled. They do not overlook one detail. We enjoyed the nightly turn down service that included a box of chocolates and bottles of water. We also ordered the breakfast room service, and it was fantastic and very timely. It will be hard for us to stay anywhere else! we would highly recommend this hotel!

The suite is on the 51st floor of a very nice building and in a great location. Easy walking to all of North Michigan Ave.and over to Onterio St. and River North. It is in a dedicated condo building. So if you have ever visited anyone who lived in a condo pretty much in any major city, you will find the layout and amentities to be the same. Nice, but the same. Kitchen is fully equiped and living room as enough space for visitors/meetings. The door man is VERY nice and helpful. The mattress is F-I-R-M. Great for me because of low back issues, but it could bother some. Bottom line for me: you get an Embassy Suites quality one-bedroom suite, only with a full kitchen and a great price. My ONLY complaint is the cell phone reception. I am guessing it is because of the height of the building and being on the 51st floor. My signal indicator would literally bounce every 2-3 seconds from 4 bars EVDO to 1 bar 1x/analog, up to 2 bars EVDO to 3 bars 1x, etc. ALL THE TIME. If you are on your phone when this happens, I will GUARANTEE you that the call will be dropped. I NEVER had an uninterrupted call the entire time I was there. ALL of them got dropped. The phone in the condo includes local calls for free. But I would STRONGLY advise you get a calling card and use the in-condo phone for any long distance call you have to make.

Great place to stay and enjoy Chicago

This trip to Chicago was the best I ever had, thanks to the wonderful stay and Manislow Suites at One Superior St. The staff was so friendly they make one feel at home. The internet cafe was outstanding offering beverages of coffee and tea while one surfs the internet. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone traveling on business or fun. A great place for everyone.
