The hotel is in perfect location, by a ton of resturants and stores, nice area right off freeway. The rooms were very nice. The only problem was that we had to reset our key twice and the front desk was not always there so you'd have to wait (at one point 10min) for them to return to the desk.

I made my reservation late and had never stayed at a Wingate property before. I was pleasantly surprised by the accomadations for the cost on a footbal game weekend. I hope to be able to book a room at the Champaign location again. The staff was very friendly and courtesous and the room was claen and kept up nicely.

The room was clean, beds were comfy and the breakfast was great. I reserved 2 adjoining rooms for my daughter to have a b-day party and it worked out great. They swan in the pool and had a great time. Only thing is that there was no DVD player in the room to watch movies but we found stuff to watch on the cable service.

A friend and myself stayed here while visiting siblings at U of I. The room was a little small but since all we really did was sleep there it did really bother us. The room was clean and it was nice to have the breakfast both mornings. Good value for the price.

The Super 8 Champaign is located within minutes of the University of Illinois, Parkland College, the Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium. We are adjacent to the Marketplace Mall and within walking distance of many restaurants. Ive been to Microtels before, this one is older but the rooms are typical (micro=small) built in furniture is cute, they tried to design it to be efficient. My room was clean, stayed 2 nights Staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate for price (38.00) I would stay here again, right off highway worked good for me traveling and wanting to get back on the road.
