Room was very clean.... nice desk to work at. Loved that I didn't have to get a password for wifi. Front desk staff was very courteous and efficient. Location is 6 minutes from Arlington Race track where I was attending a vendor event. Also very close to Portillos restaurant with the best Italian beef sandwiches!

We booked at the Jameson Suites for a two-day family getaway to Chicago. Although the location is a bit far from downtown, the hotel was a good value and we pretty much got what we expected. The rooms were spaceous, comfy, and clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was average, but there was enough variety to satisfy everyone's needs--they even have rice, nori, and miso soup for the many asian guests we noticed. If it had a pool--the spa was out of service when we were there--it would be perfect for budget-conscious families. As it is, it's not too bad.

Front desk was really courteous. Room was clean and quiet. Surroundings were updated and pleasant. Free breakfast had a nice selection of some cereal, yogurt, bread, waffles, juice, bagels. Staff kept area clean and there was a nice seating area. Location is good, grocery store, pharmacy and gas station close by. Free internet in business center, but there is a charge if you want to use the TV to access internet in your room.

The room was clean however it smelled like a full ash tray. I requested a non - smoking room and did not see the ash tray until after we were all settled. I should have asked for another room but wasn't sure that would happen. Don't know that I would stay there again. At check out the clerks were rude.

The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the city and other local attractions. The room appeared to be clean at a first glance, and the upgrades are nice. However, the fitted sheet came off of the bottom corner of the mattress and the mattress was definitely filthy!! It appeared to be soaked in either rusted water or old blood; I would honestly hate to know what it was that I saw on that mattress. Luckily I did not notice this horrifying spot until the day my fiancé and I checked out. The hotel served its purpose for a place to sleep and shower, but I cannot say that I would stay here again from the dirty mattress experience! Good Luck :)

I was most of the time on the road which having the hightway right on the corner made very convinient. Not to metion a Dunkin Donuts & Dennis in the morning is always a plus to have during traffic hrs.
The Front Desk was nice in particular "Miss. Crystal". Crystal is familiar with the area which made it nice to have some feed back on my search for an apt.
As far as the room, it was nice & cozzie. Just hoped it had a microwave/fridge in the room. They didn't have any local restaurants menues-carry outs but did have Motel6 rm svc., NO FREE INTERNET($2.99 for 24hr use) which I didn't purchase but used the McDonalds WI-FI
Construction was being carried out during my stay which caused a little inconvenience in finding parking late at night. Nonetheless, it was reasonable, safe & the staff was pleasant during my stay. I would not hesistate to stay in the future.
