Room exceeded my expectations as it was extremely comfortable and clean. High quality beds and big screen tv were nice. Felt like a room that would have been much more expensive -- an excellent value.

We were greeted with friendly staff and promptly found our room well-decorated and perfectly clean. There were a few extras in addition to the usual shampoo and lotion, like a sewing kit, shoe shine kit, vanity kit and shower cap. There were plenty of linens for our family of 4. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciate the 2 sets of pillows for firm/soft needs. The breakfast was good as always and the attendant was constantly re-stocking the food and keeping the areas clean. The dining area was crowded with lots of guests and it was difficult at first to find seating.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable place to sleep in Twin Falls.

Everything was first rate - our favorite hotel in a string of them over a week. Only things we could have wished for were more fresh fruit at breakfast, and that the tiles were a little less slippery poolside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the staff were great. The only complaint we had was that many children also stayed at this hotel - with the next door neighbors waking us up in the middle of the night and much noise at breakfast. However, the hotel provided us free breakfast to compensate and noisy children aren't exactly their fault.

This is the only hotel I've stayed where they call after check in to see how you like the room. My only complaint is that the thermostat is either hot or cold, there wasn't a middle ground.

The hotel was very easy to get to from the highway. It is close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. The hot breakfast was wonderful and you could not ask for more friendly staff when asking questions. The indoor pool was clean as were the laundry facilities. The beds were very comfortable and it included a small fridge and a microwave. I would definitely stay there when I go back.

Good location, clean rooms and good breakfast. The only complaint was the $20 for the dog. The most I have spent in the past was $10 and often times the dog is free.
