The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't advertise that it is close to the outlet mall as there are no stores open in the outlet mall.

Nestled along a secluded cove and amidst an old age stand of towering ponderosa pines, you will love the natural surroundings. Take a refreshing swim or enjoy a romantic stroll among the adjoining 56 waterfront acres. Amenities at the River Cove include - fireplaces - in-room TV-VCR - as well as our wonderful gazebo enclosed spa. Packages are available that include a private 2 hour dinner cruise aboard our 28 ft. yacht. Full catered dinners are also available on our deck, in season. In Winter months, ski packages include lift tickets at a local area ski resort. The River Cove can also host small weddings of up to 40 people on our new wedding patio, complete with arbor, stream, and waterfall feature. The hotel is pretty run down, with unpleasant smells in the hallways. The pool appears unkept with rotting ceilings and walls and a stained (or just dirty) pool bottom. The room was very plain with no microwave or refridgerator, but the AC worked well. The 1 guest computer's internet was very slow and it froze for me and the guest that used it prior to me. It was inexpensive, however, for the location it should do better. I wont stay there again.

The hotel was everything I expected but the staff was unprofessional at best. This includes both the check-in and check-out person - who were different.

Chose this hotel for the price. Was centrally located for the Christmas shopping that we went out of town for. Right off the freeway, could hear the traffic. Was not bad enough to keep you awake. Overall, wasn't bad for the price. Not much around the hotel itself.

The hotel stay was basically an over-night stay. We had a business meeting the next morning. Room was clean with everything in working order. Staff was helpful and curteous. Breakfast area was small and if very busy would have been impossible. Overall good for the value.

Anytime I had a question or problem, the staff was available, and helped me immediately. I was given a room better than I had booked. The housekeeping staff was friendly, co-operative and attentive to detail.
I had a restful and totally satisfactory stay at Riverbend Hotel!
