We stayed here at Thanksgiving, while visiting family in Pocatello. It was a nice, comfortable room with clean beds and a roomy bathroom. I liked that the air/heat was quiet as it cycled on and off. They have a nice indoor pool, although we didn't use it. Breakfasts were very good. The hot food items differed a little each day, so if you stay more than one night, you get a different taste the next time. I would stay here again.

Easy in, easy out. Great breakfast. Staff polite and helpful. Decent public golf course in summer and fall. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there are several walking distance.

It was oh Ok . We Made are own waffles that was great. Better washer and dryer that works. It could of been better. I didn't like them smoking in the front of the building because the smell was coming in are room.

We have stayed at this hotel for years, as an Econolodge. This year it seemed a bit "refreshed" and I appreciated the freshly baked cookies and the friendly staff. We will stay there again.

Good price, nice employees, dirty room

The room came at a good price and the employees were friendly, but the room had some cleanliness issues. I found a wadded up, stale washcloth in the ice bucket that was covered in feces. It had obviously been in there awhile - not sure why no one had bothered to check or clean the ice bucket out. There were spiders in the bathroom and bedroom area. The sheets on one of the beds had several streaks of dirt.

The Hotel was very easy to locate, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, except for the third floor, being a non-smoker, the hallway had a smokers smell, but the rooms did not. I would gladly recommend this for any traveler.

Having stayed with Comfort Inn before I sort of knew what to expect. This branch, however, boasts one of the friendlier staffs. They actually are hospitable which is nice to see from a workforce in the hospitality business. The room was perfectly adequate for someone who did little more than sleep there and the overall cleanliness was above reproach, the housekeeping staff did a great job each day.
The beds were quite comfortable, however, the pillows leave much to be desired unless you prefer a very soft unsupportive pillow.
This hotel has great highway access which is a fancy way of saying that the on-ramp was right outside my window, but truly I did not hear the traffic. The hotel is located close to some fast food places and there is an abundance of gas station mini marts; there are plenty of hot dogs on rollers within walking distance.
All said this is a fine place to stay if you don't mind fighting for one of the three or four tables in the breakfast area, and sleeping on a useless pillow. The staff will hear your concerns with a smile on their face and there is a gas station hot dog close by while you wait for a table.

The Ramada Inn in Pocatello was perfect for a group of four, three kids and an adult for a weekend stay. It was nothing fancy but was clean and had a hot tub. Unfortunately when we went to use the hot tub it had been trashed by some little kids the previous evening and the janitor was cleaning it. The workout room was pretty lackluster, there was an operation walker but nothing else worked and the TV was broken. The location was great being close to the freeway and other restaurants. The breakfast provided in the hotel was nothing great but the food was ok and the price was good. It was also nice to be close the Pine Ridge Mall so the kids could go shopping.

There must have been a party that weekend, because it was extremely noisy. I was happy that we could take our dog for a nominal fee, however, once I entered the room I understood. The rooms were filthy, stinky, and the wall paper was literally falling off the walls. The prices were cheap though!

Excellent place to stay

The staff were polite and helpful, The room and linens were clean. The bed very comfortable.
I downgraded two items to 4's in the survey:
Amenities, because there was no refrigerator.
Staff, because I had to ask for more key cards and discovered there weren't enough towels and wash cloths in the room after I was already in the shower. The staff was very accommodating, but I feel I should not have had to ask for either in the first place since I booked the room for 4 adults.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The bed was wondeful, the hotel was clean and quite-- which is miraculous considering I was staying in the hotel with multiple youth soccer teams!! I never heard a sound in my room and slept soundly!
If I am ever in Pocatello -- I will stay her again for sure!

This hotel was attractive and clean with nice amenities. The location was great for Interstate travelers and there were restaurants nearby. Although, when sitting on the bed watching TV, I thought the mattress was not going to be comfortable, it actually was. The only negative was that the bathroom was old with some cracked floor tiles and some poor baseboard work. However, it was very clean. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would return.

Unable to get wi-fi started, and kept up during the first day. Extensive session with tech support. Still don't know what was wrong but it does work intermittently, I suspect due to weak signal strength.

This motel was conveniently located to the area that I chose to shop in. It was an easy in and out, even with heavy traffic and road construction. If you are looking for an inexpensive, no frills room, this works.
