Took a one night trip to Cedar Rapids, Iowa and stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites. The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and decorated beautifully. The staff was very helpful in finding places to hang out and to eat a good meal. The indoor pool was heated and nice. The only issue I had was my room phone didn't accept any phone calls, and I didn't find that out until it was time to leave. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I had found the issue earlier. Overall, it was a great hotel with great people. I will be staying there again soon!

I travel to Cedar Rapids about three times a year for work. This was my first time staying at Baymont Inn. I stayed for only one night. The place was clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the fact that they actually had HD channels to go with the flat screen TVs. It's surprising how many hotels have HDTVs, but not the signal.

We were in town to attend a Hawkeye game and to do a little site seeing. The hotel was everything we expected according to hotel descriptions. The breakfast had a good variety each morning and the pillow top mattresses were very comfortable. The hotel staff could not have been any better - very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access to the highways and downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and I got two great nights of sleep. This hotel is a good deal.

Hotel was good, nothing outstanding. They have done a good job of restoring the hotel after the flooding in '08, you will not notice. There is nothing remarkable about the hotel, it is your basic stay. Little disappointed that they still have not upgraded TV's to flat panel, but that's a very minor detail. The wireless connected effortlessly. Be aware that this hotel is on the other side of the river from downtown.

The hotel was nice but, I thouhgt we were getting a non-smoking room and it wasn't and you could smell smoke as soon as you got off the elevator. And we had no pool.

The motel was clean and convient for us going to the football game in Iowa City. It had a standard,but nice breakfast which we didn't realize it was going to have. The bed was great,but the pillows were on the small size.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly. The facility is clean and modern. I would have appreciated coffee in the lobby in addition to the couple of cups the in-room coffee maker produced.

The Best Western Longbranch had a great location for us. Right in the middle of all the places we wanted and needed to go. The room was great. I'm a light sleeper, but had no problems. The 3rd floor was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Even the pillows were comfortable. I normally bring my own on trips. Staff was helpful and friendly. [...], with housekeeping was very friendly and made sure our needs were met.

I had a clean and quiet room. The pool area looked nice, but I wasn't able to check it out. I had a work appointment early Sunday morning. I went down to the continental breakfast only to find out it didn't open until 7 AM on weekends. That gave me very little time to wolf down some breakfast before I was off.

The room was clean and quiet and everyon

We were in town for a concert and the birth of my greatgranddaughter so sleep was important. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right.
I was not very impressed with the breakfast menue but I don't care for cold breakfast such as danish and cereal.
We always stay at this motel when we go home and this trip was just as good as the rest and maybe better. The housekeeper was the mother of my Godchild that I had lost trak of so that was an extra plus.
We will be going back of Friday after Thanksgiving and we will probably stay here then.

The hotel was clean as well as the room. I like the security of the hotel, you needed your room card to get in the outside door. Location was great, close to everyting. Price was great for what you didn't get, pool, restaurant, or bar.

disappointed, had seen good reviews for this one. smell was terrible and the place needs an upgrade. new pool nice, but no ac and plus 90 weather made it a steam room. told desk when we left, got kind of a head shaking like the dirty coffee pot was a usual occurence.

This is not the Ritz and is a little beat up but, if all you need is a room with a bed, bath and a TV, you cannot beat the price! Needs new bed linens, and it helps if you know what Cat, Cummins, and Detroit Diesel refer to.

After reading the other reviews I was a little worried about booking here, but I could not pass up the price. It is close to interstate and since we were just needing somewhere to stay the night and this fit our budget this was the best choice for us. The room was clean the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have was that the room was very hot. The ac was way too small to cool that room down so none of us slept well at all.

I booked a 2 bedroom unit because there were 3 of us & we all needed our own bed but when we checked in our room it was only one room with 2 beds & a pull out couch. I went back down to the desk & they tried to tell me that where it said "2 bedroom" that it meant 2 beds in a room. I explained that when I booked the room that it said 3 queen beds. [...] I showed them all of the paperwork and they said that there must have been a mistake and they could move us to the correct room the next night but we would have to stay in the room with 2 beds for the first night.[...]

Lucky that i printed the email confimation and took it with me. The hotel had me down for ONE night. Showed them the email and it worked.
Why they did not have the correct info is a GOOD Question.
