It was a good experience overall, but there was a few bugs on the floor that we could see; and when checking out the manager was coaching a co-worker in public, when it could have been best served in private.

thermostat on heater could not be adjusted to comfortable setting, If on the room was too hot.
If off, the room was too cold.
