This intimate, Hawaiian owned hotel is known for its warm island hospitality and relaxed atmosphere. Hotel was located as close as you can get to the Maui Arts and Cultural Center, which was our main destination for the trip. Free and easily accessible parking. Fast check-in and check-out times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was average - 1 bed, desk, bedside tables, bathroom, fridge. Amenities were more than expected with iron/ironing board, blowdryer, etc... Room was cleaned and stocked daily at convenient times for us. It's an average hotel for cheap prices. No complaints.

hotel was great- but couldnt get a free room upgrade seeing that the better rooms had a balcony.bottom rooms need an outside door access just like the top rooms to let scenery in other than through a cloudy window.hotel staff could of been alittle more friendly and younger (being it's hawaii) and need an upgraded seperate gift stop. i think they would benefit from the sales through that than the local stores stealing the profits.a variety of simple items would help.hotel needs BETTER internet sevrice that has access that doesnt keep kicking you off (expand the free wifi). hotel needs to have 24hr pool access and beaches needed cleaning.hotel needs more things to attract hotel guest to come outside and stay around the hotel more.other than that excellent first time trip and stay.would and will definatly go again.
