The room was pleasant and the beds were extremely comfortable. When I asked for a roll-away bed so my two teenage boys would not have to sleep in one bed, I was given a free upgrade to a suite, which had a fold-out bed.

Room was fine but the the only thing wrong with the room was the pillows had no support and after three pillows still no comfort. The Breakfast was wonderful but the sound proofing between the floors and the rooms need to be improved. kids jumping and water running in bath tubs and people socializing at 2:30 in the morning scratching their bum is hard to take when you are trying to sleep. So after three nights of sleepless nights....one needs a vacation. Home sweet home..but after all that....I will still go with a Hampton Inn since I believe they are the best out there. You marry your partner not the family....so you have to expect the people who are your floor mates with the luck of the draw....so it is not the hotel fault.

Stayed here on way to Florida. Front desk staff was very nice, but in morning at the breakfast, attendent there was too busy trying to look busy, and was not very friendly. Room was very clean and was a great price for the night. When we turned on the A/C though, very loud. Overall, I would stay there again.

We booked this room ahead of time thinking it would save us money. When we stopped at a gas station near the hotel, we got a flyer/magazine with travel desls. If we had waited, it would have cost us about $20 less. I know it's not a lot of money, but it's still annoying. We'll see if this price guarantee thing really works.

The Management Saved the Trip

Rooms were clean but not worth the price. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of a pot of coffee and a basket with 2 pre-packaged danishes (one had already passed it's expiration date). The cleaning people (who I think were actually the owners) were a little too generous with the air spray in the rooms. The scent was extremely strong and bothered mine and my daughter's allergies.
The hotel sits between 2 hospitals so we were awakened several times during the night by sirens. At least the couple who managed/owned the hotel were very nice and made the stay worth while.

Romms are small, but clean. No breakfast offered at all, although I was told they had it. Don't look for expanded cable. I am CNBC junkie-nada... no FOX either. Wouldn't stay there again, but not bad for the $. You will love the overwhelming curry smell when you open the office door. I don't know how the own er stay in there!

The La Quinta Inn is located a short distance from I 75 and easy to find. The staff was friendly and informed and the room was clean with microwave small refrigerator, TV, coffee maker and etc.. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! I recommend The La Quinta Inn in Valdosta, Georgia and would stay there again.

We were there to kick off our summer vaccation from Wild Advanture Park. We had requested a late check-in and we did reached late. The staff welcomed us with a good smile on, answered all our questions nicely. But disappointment started the minute we entered in the room it wasn't vaccumed, my son found a ant on the bed but we were so tired had no time to go complain.....we did beds oursleves and tried to catch some sleep but beds were so bouncy not comfortable at all.......none of the trash cans in room had polybags in them. In morning everything was forgiven after breakfast...all trays were full, bagel were fresh nothing was finished which normally happens in hotels when you reach 9:30am and breakfast area was full of guests. BUT ... my son spilled some water ... seeing so many kids and guests around I grabed some tissue and wiped the floor, though staff was looking at me but none of them looked concerned ...or offered help...

AThe Hilton Garden Inn was a welcome day after a long drive. The hotel is clean, bright, and inviting. We enjoyed the dining room for dinner including a talk with the chef. The room was clean, attractive, and ample. This is our third visit to this hotel which we always find relaxing. It is located a short distance from the main route (US 75).

Great Family Adventure

This was a one night stay our family spent during our travels to Wild Adventures. It was only a short ride away from the park which was nice because the park closed most of the rides due to inclement weather. We had no trouble finding a restaurant and even walked to another for breakfast. The kids enjoyed the flat screen tv and the staff was very friendly. The hotel seems fairly new and it is well maintained. The beds slept nice and we could change the air conditioning as needed. Overall I would suggest anyone going to Valdosta to stay here.

The hotel has a safety policy for microwave. If you want a microwave you will have to reserve room then ask if that room has it. Other than that the staff was extremely friendly. The helped me when I lost my keys... LOL

The hotel is extremely convenient to get to being less than 1/8th of mile west of I-75. Being where it is, the hotel is smack dab in the middle of all the restaurants and other conveniences travelers look for when on the road. Knights Inn is one of the closest hotels to the famous Wild Adventures Water and Adventure park. The room was decent, didn't stink and was quiet. The bed was firm and the sheets clean. Free Wi-Fi is also available but very weak. However, you do have to enter a code for the Wi-Fi so there is less chance of cyber thieves of stealing your information from somewhere else on the property.
What my room lacked was good water pressure in the vanity sink. This hotel also skimps on bath towels by utilizing the half-sized towels that could serve as the foot towel at more upscale hotels.

The help was quick to help and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasureable. My husband and I both have health issues and they were very accomidating when we needed an additional pillows and blankets. The breakfast was out of this world...would stay there again. Very close to shopping and dining.

Country Inn & Suites was an excellent hotel. I recently travled to Myrlt Beach, SC. Did not like thie hotel. The lobby in one building whiles the rooms in another building,so when you go to SC you are paying for the ocean. I truly enjoyed Country Inn. Staff courteous and area clean.

We had to take my daughter to the orientation at VSU. We chose this Holiday Inn Express because it is a short drive from the university and by the interstate. The hotel is very clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. The clerk ([...]) even changed our room when we were next door to some people making noise. She did it with a smile and told us it was her pleasure! We ate at the nearby Texas Roadhouse and Chili's while there, and both were good. The hotel was great for short stay, and we will go back again!!

The staff,(including the housekeeping staff) was very helpful and friendly, and knew the area,like restaurants,etc., very well. They answered every question, met every need we had.

The whole facility is new and clean. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious. For the price, any time I come back to this area, I will choose this hotel.

Nice hotel for the price

This hotel would have been very nice if it weren't for several high school basketball teams inhabiting it at the same time! The rooms had granite counters and comfortable beds. We had a studio which we didn't realize was not a suite but it was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent, boiled eggs, cereal, make your own waffles, yogurt and fruit. I would definitely recommend it, but be sure to ask if any teams are staying at the same time!

I was in town for business and thought I'd try a different hotel. Not the worst idea, but not the best. While housekeeping did make the bed, they put a stack of towels and a couple of soaps on the bed and not in the bathroom. Hotel was secure and in a good area. Complimentary breakfast was almost non-existent. There was only one cup for the drinks and all they offered (hot) was busquits and gravy.

This was a nice hotel. We went to Valdosta to go to WIld adventures. My duaghter ended up getting very sick so we had to leave early and the hotel was nice enough to refund our money for the last day. We were very pleased with the staff.

The Marriot Courtyard in Valdosta, GA was the epitomy of Southern Hospitality. We received adjoining rooms with our daughter and were allowed early check-in so that we could attend our son's graduation on time.We received warm greetings from all the staff.The restaurants were all located conveniently near. The room was also quiet-awasy from traffic noise.

Room had a musty odor, exhaust fan in bathroom was broken. The staff were friendly and efficient. There is a good restaurant (Austin's) next door. The breakfast was good.

I've stayed at the same Super 8 three times this year and have no complaints at all. I even left an oscillating fan in Feb. and when I returned in June, they still had it in storage! Amazing!

I only have a few problems that the hotel can improve. Put enough towels in the rooms, make sure that the ice machine is working, Greeting the customers with a smile.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room. The bed, linen and pillows appeared to be clean and comfortable. It is an old structure, however it was as clean as it could get. It had a refrigerator, which is always a plus. You pay for what you get, however compared to other motels/inn within the same price bracket, this one was way better.
My only criticism, was there was a bug on my bed, that freaked me out the rest of the night. It really made me upset because I was content being there. It could very well be a one time occurrence so I dont want to judge on this one time visit.
I would choose them again.

Cleanest hotel ever.

As a 50 yr old frequent traveler, I rate the Comfort Suites Valosta, Ga the cleanest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It is a no-smoking hotel, and there was absolutely no smell of tobacco in any area we were in. Room was spacious. Carpet clean. Beds comfortable and clean. Very nice suite overlooking what was called the 'pond', but looked more like a lake to me. Very quite on the pond side. Not so quite on the interstate side (we asked to be moved after we saw the pond side). Staff was kind and not put out with our request to move. Lovely place. If I happen to be in the Valosta area again (on way to Disney) we will stay there.

Its an older hotel. We were disappointed that the room didn't come with an alarm clock like it had promised online or a coffee maker. It did have an indoor pool but you had to walk across the parking lot to get to it. You had to pay a 2 dollar deposit for the room key and a 5 dollar deposit if you wanted a tv remote. For the price, what can you expect. It wasnt a resort, just a cheap place to rest for the night. They didn't have any vending machines but inside the lobby they had a set of shelves with vienna sausages, ramen noodles, pop tarts, etc for sale.

Noisy but good!

Room was very spacious and clean. Check in and out was smooth. Alarm clock in my room was incorrect which caused me to check out 5 mins late. Breakfast ended too early 9am. Should be at least 10am. Traffic noise was louder than expected from my room.

It was a little more than what I wanted to pay - I only saved about $8 booking this room online as opposed as the lady coming in behind me just checking out the vacancies. But it was a nice stay. The front desk almost gave me a hassle stating that they usually don't give corporate rates and that is not how I booked. She told me "next" time they would not honor it. I was confused, but we were tired and it was late when we checked in and I didn't feel like going thru the motions.

The stay was very nice. We went to Wild Adventures during our stay and was amazed at how close we were to the park and various restaurants that made chosing somewhere for dinner easy. The hotel made the trip a whole lot of fun. We slept like angels and did not want to wake up the next morning. This hotel is a really great hotel for what it's worth. LOVED IT! LOVED IT! LOVED IT! WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

Weekend in Valdosta

It was nice to be able to come into a room and just lay your head down. I would only reccomend this hotel for people just passing through, or for business people. The property HAS NO POOL.The bathroom was clean, it has a microwave, a small fridge. The location is nice, surrounded by a lot of places to eat, and the Colonial Mall is right down the street. It would be a tolerable hotel if it has a pool.
