The room was perfect, my only problem was that they didn't have night housekeeping so when we needed extra towels after a wonderful evening of swimming, we had to go down from the fifth floor to get towels or extra blankets

I enjoyed my stay. Staff and service responded well to my every need. I needed to fax some documents and there was no hesitation to help. Food service and quality was good. I would definitly stay there again. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Hallway on 2nd floor is in need of repairs. Bathroom looks like it had some remodeling but shower stall looks like heck. Nice, short ride to Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and suited my needs very well. The staff was very slow to clean the rooms every day though. I was often gone from 11 AM to 2 or 3 PM on each of the 4 days I stayed there and only once was it already cleaned by the time I returned. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people but the housekeeping needs to step it up.

We were in Stockbridge for a dance competition so our time at the hotel was very limited. Everything was clean and fresh, having the refrigerator in the room was wonderful and the check in person was great.

Yhe Sleep Inn and Suites in Stockbridge has Good location, is comfortable, and clean but housekeeping is slow to replace necessities such as towels and toiletries. The Inn is close to Shopping, restaurants, major highways and 15-20 minutes from the airport. Having a microwave. fridg and free internet is nice. There is a good size desk with a comfortable chair, and an additional cusioned arm chair in the double Queen room. There were no luggage stands and the ironing borad has the iron rack at the pointed end of the board maiking it a bit awkward.

Hotel looked very nice from outside. Staff was VERY friendly & accomodating. ALL of the elevators smelled very bad. Smelled like BAD BODY ODOR/DIRTY TOILET. Second floor hallway was EXTREMELY HOT, maybe average 90 degrees around the clock, not comfortable at all. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Overall, an OK stay. Thought it would have been better considering we've stayed at several previous Comfort Suites chains where everything was OUTSTANDING.

Our hotel is conveniently located in Stockbridge with very easy access to I-75. We are just 20 miles from the Atlanta Airport and are surrounded by shopping centers and area restaurants. All our guest rooms feature a microwave and a refrigerator, along with complimentary coffee. Found the motel to be very clean and comfortable. The price was competitive and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The fact that no one had smoked in our room really made the stay more enjoyable. The location to restaurants was very good and we would recommend the facility to anyone who wants a peaceful rest, good location and reasonably priced.

I only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, but during my stay the staff was very nice first off. I had reserved my room via Orbitz.com and I had no problems checking in even though I was running about an hour late after check in. The room was clean and all the towels, bedding and bathroom were exteremly clean. I loved the location being right in the middle of everything (shopping, food entertainment) etc. Not to mention there was a carnival across the street. I really enjoyed myself...

Upon arrival I was charged again for the room even though I had the printout showing I had paid already! Told me my orbitz payment was to hold the room! I did get the refund from the manager, however, it delayed my plans to get to the track sooner by having to wait for his arrival to resolve problem. Rooms did not have coffee pots, iron, or the hair dryer as advertised! In all the room was not a bad one, but I did notice there were a few small holes in the sheet on the bed so I wasn't very happy about that and was very unhappy about not having all the amentities that are advertised. I think the problem about the room being prepaid could have been resolved at the beginning if there would have been a receptionist that spoke and understood English a little better, this was the main problem I think because I do not know any other languages myself.

When we walked into the room, the air was not on so the room was very humid and had a musty smell. The pool closed very early (9:00PM on a Friday nite). The Continental Breakfast ended at 9:00AM which is early for a Saturday morning! The ice machine was not working.

the good and bad of it.

family reunion trip. some family stayed at hotels that were double + what we payed with not the double in amenities. the grounds were gorgeous. the staff friendly and helpful. the room is old in need of update but location was great. convenient to many stores and eateries.(excluding fine dining) average room but saved us greatly compared to our family members. My biggest complaint would be of the cleaning staff. changed sheets daily and replaced towels but not once did the clean mirrors or shower. I went to wal-mart directly across street and bought cleaning products for my own peace of mind. few dollars spent saved alot of money in the long run. we only slept in room because we were out all day every day for week. so it worked for us. probably would stay again if the saving in comparison worked out. otherwise they really need to work on the cleansliness of the place.

Has a walmart and several eating establishments accross the strre within walking distance. We got smoking rooms and the staff at check said they explianed it to me on the phone but i never spoke to them so I was unsure of who they talked to, but over all an OK experience. Rooms although they say updated were still al little beat-up and could use some refreshing

The room was clean but small. The bathroom was barely large enough to turn around. The room was small and not much room to move around. Personnel were friendly. The pool was warm enough but the room it is in was cold - uncomfortably so. Location was very good.

This hotel is like a blast from the past. It needs severe updating. The non-smoking rooms, mean no one smoked in them right before they were rented. The smell of smoke was as strong as the old bars of the 70's. The room I would up with did not have the features I asked for, like fridge, microwave. When I asked the manager to correct that because I need it for medical reason, he offered to let me use the one in his apartment!!! The location was great, if they could only knock down this motel and put up another one by another franchise, then maybe I would have gotten what I asked and paid extra for. I will never use a Motel 6 again and I will tell everyone that I know not to stay there either. I plan to start a blog about this experience.. Down in the dumps over the whole experience.
