No bed bugs but the carpet could be replaced in the room. Perfect location near all of the popular locations in Savannah's Historic Distric. Walking distance from everything. Great price! Free breakfast every morning. And friendly staff!

Location was awesome! Easy walk to surrounding restaurants. Bed was awesome--sheets soft and comfortable and did not smell like bleach! Free breakfast was excellent--lots of selection and nice eating areas. The dining area is a bit noisy so we ate on the patio which was very nice.

Came into town for a quick stay, had original reservations at Comfort Inn, read the reviews for Comfort Inn and decided to change to the Best Western. The room was perfect for our brief stay, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Valet manager (Carlos) was very accommodating, since we had 2 vehicles to park he only charged us to park one. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Location was perfect, only 2 blocks from the venue where our Christmas Party was being held. Very quiet hotel for a great night sleep!

I've been o Savannah many times but never this hotel. I usually stay on River street so it was a nice change from he noise while still being within a few blocks of all the action. My only complaint is with housekeeping. They hadn't made up the sofa bed when we checked in at 6:00 p.m. And we had to call down several times to get them to clean our room the next day.

The check-in was very easy and unstructured -no front desk, but cheerful staff with iPads waiting to greet you. Always a beverage and nibble in the lobby -gratis. Energetic valets. Loved our suite - complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks replenished every day. Great location.

We enjoyed your stay. The staff was very helpful and pleasent. The room was clean and as advertised. Unfortunately we could not use the pool/fire pit because of rain. But the biggest plus for the hotel would be location in City Market. My only ding on the hotel would be the parking. Although the Valet were very good your car has to be parked in an underground parking lot and you need to allow for at least 10min to get your vehical. Other than that great experience and highly recommend to anyone.

This hotel is in a great location on Ellis square. Very close to city market, River street, and Bay Street. Lots of restaurants and shops within one or two blocks walking distance.
We had a wonderful two bedroom suite with city views. The only negative is the wall of windows have no blinds or drapes, so when the sun raises you do too.

We arrived from out of state several hours before check-in, and the staff was nice enough to make a room available for us. This was especially helpful since we had to freshen up for a wedding! The free breakfast was great, the room was very clean, and the location was convenient for a short walk to River Street. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but in relation to everything else it's a small price to pay. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great and staff was excellent. The only negative was parking situation - had to pay the $20 extra to park and pay gratuities every time we needed our car, but overall, it was great and the hotel in the perfect location. Breakfast was great also.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. We had visited Savannah before and promised ourselves that we would stay in a hotel in the historic district next time so that we did not have to try to find a parking space. This worked out very well. The room was clean, everything worked, and the staff was friendly. The public parking garage is directly behind the hotel and was very convenient. We had a comfortable and quiet stay. Only one guest rudely let his door slam a four AM two mornings in a row. Other than that, we slept quite well. We will certainly stay here again on future visits.

Booked because every other hotel in the area was more than double the price, and we wanted to be close to the bars so we didn't have to pay for taxis at night. Perfect location. Much nicer inside than I expected. We don't spend hardly any time in the hotel room when we travel, so all we care about it a clean and safe place to sleep and shower, in a good location. Definitely will stay there again!

We've stayed here previously and looked forward to being back. The location is great, near the River Walk, great dining, and decent shopping. The wonderful houses and Telfair Academy are easily reached within a 15 minute walk, at most.. We heartily recommend this place for any stay in Savannah.

We had never been to Savannah before. I was a bit surprised by the location, in the extreme northeast corner of the historic district. Thought it might be more central. It does, however, have good access to River St.
Nice hotel that does not serve lunch or dinner. They seemed a bit short-staffed, as it was Christmas week.
Rooms were clean, but had a musty odor (mildew?).
The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
They clean the rooms very late, so if you want to come back for an afternoon rest before going out to dinner, don't count on it. We came back at 4pm every day and still did not have a clean room. So we had to wait in the lobby.
A real plus is their parking lot.

The mulberry was a above average hotel ! It was clean and the lobby and courtyard were very nice ! Breakfast at the hotel was very good and at a reasonable price , but the staff in cafe could have been a little nicer and more attentive to their customers ! Also just so you know parking is 12.00 a day ! Overall it was ok !

It was only a one night stay, but the location for going downtown was excellent and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a very large motel and we were right at the back so a long walk for breakfast which was average. Bathroom was very small , room was acceptable for the price. Deco a little tired.

We were in town for 5 nights to visit our son. We actually booked the wrong LaQuinta as there is another one on Abercorn another 2 miles away. That was never a problem as this hotel is in a good location, has a Denny's in the parking lot for breakfast, and was a nice, neat and clean property. The only digs on the place are that the bathroom was small (toilet and tub in one room, vanity in another) which was okay for us, but not for larger folks, and the continental left a little to be desired, though they did have waffles.. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I searched the web for a reasonable downtown hotel. Comfort suites was a good fit for what I needed and it was close walking distance to the riverfront. The free breakfast was good and the staff was very accomodating.

We came to Savannah on a conference and changed hotels b/c the original hotel wanted to charge us an outrageous price for the extra night. We chose Marriott b/c we are rewards members and because [...]had a great deal for them. The room was literally down the street from the original hotel. Clean,comfortable, and very friendly. Great breakfast offered! Wonderful customer service.

The hotel room was fine. Comfortable, safe and a very accomodating staff--on every level, not just the front desk but all the staff members. They truly take an interest in their work! There was never any hesitation on their part to respond to my needs. The continental breakfast even had eggs! And the evening complimentay chicken & dumplings was really good!

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our stay. We love the location and always have gotten a river view room. The room has always been clean and comfortable. The sitting area with view of the river is a cute plus that my husband and I have enjoyed. The Westin's Heavenly Beds are wonderful! A big reason why we continue to go to Westins. These are the only beds that we sleep as well on as we do when we are at home. The grounds were cute and it was fun sitting on the terrace for out in the gazebo. This was a completely enjoyable hotel! We would definitely stay again if in the Savannah area.

The hotel was very clean and the location was great. But we reserved two rooms with king beds and received rooms with double beds. They said they did not have any more king beds. Not sure what good my reservation was! We arrived around 11 and were able to get our room early.

A great location. I was not used to staying at a four star hotel in a city, so valet parking at $20, no complimentary breakfast and charges for wi-fi service and the use of computer in the business center were extra cost and new to me. I guess one would expect that at a four star hotel in a city. But the extra cost was well worth it since it was located on River View street, provided a great view of the river and the stores and restaurants were just a door away from the hotel.

This lovely, well located Inn is worthy of a visit. The reception area was charmingly decorated for Christmas. The staff were uniformly courteous and helpful. After a late arriving flight, the cookies served as my dinner - they were tasty! After a good night's sleep in a quiet room on a comfortable beede, I enjoyed a free continental breakfast before heading out for a brisk walk along the nearby river front and through many of the picturesque squares. It was a good value. I will return.

Nice, comfortable room. Remote didn't work on TV unless you stood right in front of it.
Check in was easy no long waiting. A surprise $14 overnight parking charge was included, with little options as an alternative.
Breakfast was substantial for "continental" description. Awesome grits.
Staff friendly, but this is expected considering we are in the south.
Wine and cheese reception somewhat disappointing, as it appeared it was one glass of wine per guest. Overall pretty good, but might try another hotel next time for comparison.

My goal was to find a cheaper hotel that was some what close to downtown Savannah. This one was perfect. Not a five star but definitely a place to rest your head for a low cost. Close to grocery stores and a few shops.

It was a great location for what I wanted to do, a good price but I didn't like I had to take my own linen to the front desk to get new ones (there was a sign in the room telling you that if you're not staying for 7 days they don't clean everyday) or dump my own trash. If had a old smell but the employees was very nice and helpful.
