This is a clean hotel with a very friendly staff. We stay here a few times a year on our way from Florida to visit family in Ohio. You can't beat the value and when they give you a breakfast buffet for free that tops it off. You won't be disappointed if you stay because we never have been!

We are a AAA 2 diamond property easily accessible I-75 at Exit 135. We are 5 blocks from the GA National Fairgrounds and Agricenter, and 1 mile to downtown Perry and business district. The Cracker Barrel and Waffle House restaurants are conveniently located next door. There are fine dining spots, other cozy eateries and local shopping areas all nearby.
Our interior corridor modern hotel offers comfortable, well-appointed rooms with free wireless high speed, coffeemaker, hairdryers and 27 inch flat screen TVs with full cable. We also have an outdoor pool with sun deck and serve a complimentary expanded continental breakfast every morning. For our guests convenience we have a guest laundromat.

Stayed just one night & was pleased for the price. The hotel is a little old, and in need of new carpet & other updates, but for the price can't really complain. Room was clean & comfortable, even though it was a little on the small side.

The room was very neat and clean and didn't smell of smoke at all---even though it was non-smoking, "non-smoking" rooms sometimes smell of smoke.
The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate in the morning.
The only thing that could be somewhat negative is that the staff wasn't extremely friendly, but it didn't affect efficiency, so I would definitely recommend this place to other families.

Room was nice as could be expected, only for a non smoking room, there was a definate "smoked in" smell. But guess you can't control the people that stay in these places. Other than that...it was a good stay for a good deal!
Location was great for eating...wide variety of eating places and Wal Mart & Kroger across the road.

Was here for the livestock show. Not much time spent at the hotel.Very nice staff, the breakfast was good with a large variety to choose from. ,clean rooms. The only complaint was that the indoor pool was not heated! Would recommend to others.

I don't do a lot of traveling, but I have been to a lot of cheap hotels and expensive hotels. The room was on the smaller sides, but enough room for me and my friend to relax in. Location to the clinic we were attending was excellent and was able to get a room on short notice for two nights. Internet access allowed me to stay on top of business in the evenings. Room was clean and unlike some hotels, did not walk in and smell stale cigarette smoke like I have in others. I smoke so for me to be able to smell it when walking into a room is kinda nasty, but this room was refreshingly non-odorous. Thanks for the stay!

Our stay was fine. We traveled with 2 children and two dogs. The staff was nice and friendly, especially housekeeping. Breakfast could have been improved, but all in all everything was OK.

One of the nastiest hotels!

This was one of the most disgusting hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The bathrooms and beds were unsanitary. Both the front door and door to the adjoining room had been busted through at somepoint and you could literally pull the door frame away from the wall with very little effort. We stayed for 2 hours and left because of the diploarable conditions and a shear fear for our safety.

Location was good...lots of resturaunts close by. Hair dryer was horrible. Pillows were like bricks, flat and hard. Bed was comfortable tho. Could have used shampoo/conditioner samples. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again with my own pillow and dryer.

staff was very friendly but slightly confused with my reservation. they had someone elses address as mine. could have been a mix up with [...] not the hotel. had us down as a smoking room instead of non-smoking. hotel staff fixed it before we ever went to our room and were very friendly and helpful. deluxe breakfast consists of 2 kinds of cereal and heat them yourself waffles so don't expect anything spectacular.

The hotel is comprised of 17 modern, fully renovated rooms in our Motel looking out on our swimming pool and 23 historic hotel rooms in our main building. These rooms have been upgraded to provide guest comfort yet maintain the historic nature of their original decor.

While this hotel was easy to get to, I was dismayed that the pool had been turned into a garden. Also, the quality of customers had me wondering if this wasn't a pay by the hour. This hotel did have easy internet access and was clean but the rooms did not show that they were recently upgraded. Also, the smoke smell from outside or an adjacent room permeated through the walls. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were old and looked ready to fall down. I would not recommend for families to stay but if you have a construction crew or work party that needed a place, this might be ok.

Upon arrival at this hotel you will want to run...it's nasty, bad location, and the hotel staff were loud and unfriendly....this is a hotel where quite a few people actually live, not just stay the night....had to pay for the room but did not stay!!!
