Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Good am continental free breakfast with waffles included. great price at $44.00 night for 2 queen beds.

We are a AAA 2 diamond property easily accessible I-75 at Exit 135. We are 5 blocks from the GA National Fairgrounds and Agricenter, and 1 mile to downtown Perry and business district. The Cracker Barrel and Waffle House restaurants are conveniently located next door. There are fine dining spots, other cozy eateries and local shopping areas all nearby.
Our interior corridor modern hotel offers comfortable, well-appointed rooms with free wireless high speed, coffeemaker, hairdryers and 27 inch flat screen TVs with full cable. We also have an outdoor pool with sun deck and serve a complimentary expanded continental breakfast every morning. For our guests convenience we have a guest laundromat.
Sorry, we do not accept pets. Shuttle service for a fee from Atlanta Airport.

Stayed just one night & was pleased for the price. The hotel is a little old, and in need of new carpet & other updates, but for the price can't really complain. Room was clean & comfortable, even though it was a little on the small side.

The room was very neat and clean and didn't smell of smoke at all---even though it was non-smoking, "non-smoking" rooms sometimes smell of smoke.
The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate in the morning.
The only thing that could be somewhat negative is that the staff wasn't extremely friendly, but it didn't affect efficiency, so I would definitely recommend this place to other families.

Used the lobby for a 20 person meeting, prior to a conference. Management was accomodating. Rooms are nice and priced well. One of the best free breakfasts I have had latey.

Room was nice as could be expected, only for a non smoking room, there was a definate "smoked in" smell. But guess you can't control the people that stay in these places. Other than that...it was a good stay for a good deal!
Location was great for eating...wide variety of eating places and Wal Mart & Kroger across the road.

Was here for the livestock show. Not much time spent at the hotel.Very nice staff, the breakfast was good with a large variety to choose from. ,clean rooms. The only complaint was that the indoor pool was not heated! Would recommend to others.

GA National Fair and Mossy Creek Barnyard Festival.
noisy at night, crickets in the room, room was ok, needed cleaning in the bathroom. Only 2 towels available, needed more
Not the worse hotel I have stayed at, but it certainly looks better on the outside of the building than the inside of the building

Location was good...lots of resturaunts close by. Hair dryer was horrible. Pillows were like bricks, flat and hard. Bed was comfortable tho. Could have used shampoo/conditioner samples. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again with my own pillow and dryer.
